The Tropical Smoothie in Opelika sucks! The customer service is horrible — the workers have a bad attitude and can’t even make the smoothie the way I want. On the other hand, the Auburn location is amazing! They always make my smoothie exactly how I ask, and everyone there is super nice. I’ll definitely stick with the Auburn store from now on.

i got the mango magic everytime same kind. but some day sweet. some they not. some day smell different like they just did for someone order then used same machine for my drink. so the drink smell papaya and fruit not mago at all. hope they can improve next time in my order because i love mango magic please

We’ve stopped at this Tropical Smoothie twice in the last month and both times we were greeted with a bright smile and friendly respectful service. The order was accurately filled in a timely manner and the smoothies were refreshing! We even had add-ons and “hold the” to complicate the order. The ALL said have a great day as we departed.😊 We hope they have great days, too!

Come service is really negative here. I wanted Tropical Smoothie extremely bad and I ended up leaving because the person taking my order had a terrible attitude. As a business owner myself I would advise the owner to make some serious changes with the employees at this location because I will never want Tropical Smoothie bad enough to deal with the negative employees here.

I love this place! I eat here 2+ times a week and I have not been disappointed in quality of ingredients or taste.The smoothies, bowls, and sandwiches are always fresh and well made, They are little pricy but well worth it. **Update: now I see why so many negative reviews here is my experience from today: Did not receive PB PROTEIN CRUNCH with my order and was NOT told they were out plus I did not get a refund instead I had to contact Door dash for a partial credit. Then paid for another one to be delivered only to get a call from the second doordash er telling me they were out of PB PB PROTEIN CRUNCH so I ended up having to get something else that cost less. In total I spent $20 a bowl that wasn't even my first choice.🤬 Very disappointed this time you! I order from here 2-3 times a week and not sure if I will continue wasting my money. BUFFALO CHICKEN tastes good but was sloppy. Super small portion of jalapeno corn. WATERMELON MOJITO® SMOOTHIE were fresh and delicious .

Ordered through the drive thru this morning. Took over 15 minutes to get a smoothie and a wrap, even with just one car ahead of me. When I asked what was taking so long for them to TAKE my order. I was told the worker were just getting there, despite a 7:00 opening time (it was 8:00 AM at this time) Spinach was not rinsed well and had dirt in it. The WORST was I witnessed the drive thru cashier standing around with her hands in her pockets, despite slow and long wait times and then witnessed her PICK HER NOSE and then proceed to pass food out to customers!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and appalling!!!

I don’t generally leave bad reviews but this experience left me a bit concerned. I placed an online pickup order for the Cranberry Mai Tai smoothie, I waited for 30 mins before I was told they don’t know how to make it. That’s something that should have been told when I walked in and told you I had an online order. I’m pretty amiable but this was ridiculous.
