Ordered through the drive thru this morning. Took over 15 minutes to get a smoothie and a wrap, even with just one car ahead of me. When I asked what was taking so long for them to TAKE my order. I was told the worker were just getting there, despite a 7:00 opening time (it was 8:00 AM at this time) Spinach was not rinsed well and had dirt in it. The WORST was I witnessed the drive thru cashier standing around with her hands in her pockets, despite slow and long wait times and then witnessed her PICK HER NOSE and then proceed to pass food out to customers!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and appalling!!!

I don’t generally leave bad reviews but this experience left me a bit concerned. I placed an online pickup order for the Cranberry Mai Tai smoothie, I waited for 30 mins before I was told they don’t know how to make it. That’s something that should have been told when I walked in and told you I had an online order. I’m pretty amiable but this was ridiculous.

If you have 30 minutes to wait for basic almost fast-food, this is the place for you. If you’re in a hurry or need food within a reasonable time span, avoid. Staff isn’t kind. Borderline rude.

I tried to go through the drive thru and sat there for a bit and no one answered so I drove around and went inside to see all of the worker in a circle and some sitting. None of them looked like they were paying attention. When I went to order the person at the register was kinda cold towards me. Then when the person made my order, instead of the large I asked for I got two smalls when there was clearly other sizes available. I definitely won’t be going back unless things with the staff is fixed.

I hate to leave a bad review, because the person who took my order and payment was so nice, but u food was terrible! My Island Green smoothie was great, but my Supergreen Ceasar wrap was AWFUL! It was overstuffed, sloppy, and you couldn’t pick up or bite it without falling out everywhere! On top of that, I asked for no tomatoes and it’s like they gave me extra! Please take more pride, T.S. Opelika!

Very convenient location from where I work but very bad customer service ?. It's not the first time I've ordered online and have reached the building and no one was there although the sign says open at 7:00am. Because it's so convenient to my job location I try to make it work but this was ridiculous ? I ordered at 7:08am was promised my breakfast by 7:18am which was cool , I arrived at 7:15am and they still weren't open. Around 7:16am a young man with burnt orange locs showed but definitely wasn't in a hurry because he was on the phone, finally opened the door as other customers was showing up and his co worker which was another young female which is always late or eating her food and not preparing customers food and talking on her cell phone. Neither apologized for thier tardiness or anything they walked around for a while turning on lights etc playing on thier phones and I finally recieved my order at 7:32 am. If a place of business is suppose to open at a certain time we as consumers should expect it to be open but I guess this isn't the case at this location.
