Very disappointed, several tables open, had other parties sat before. I was just one party. Will not be coming back to this location next time. Most other locations were fine.

Just picked up a takeout order for what was supposed to be a double order of hash browns with onions, cheese, jalapeños, and chili. Instead I got this sad pile of soggy potatoes with a kraft single and a few canned jalapeños thrown on it. Was charged for the other two additions and wasn't compensated or even told if they were out of them. Been going her since I was a kid but I guarantee this is the last time I order from this location.

I went by this morning after work ordered online ..Get all the way to Auburn my order is wrong and u can't call...You should always be able to call Ave restaurant and speak to a manager!!!!

Waffle House in Tiger Town Auburn, Al I had a issue with my order where i place a togo order on a sunday during the busy hours after church... when i got home i realized there was a mixup with what i had ordered, I messaged the store via the Waffle House App and this is what happened, Tempra(Unit Manager) and Sergio (District Manager) reached out the next day with nothing but the best intentions and that was to make sure i was able to be completely satisfied and be able to get what i needed... Tempra reached out with her personal number and said Hello I am ... and i understand that you had a issue with your order, she then listened to everything i had to say and asked me what she could do to keep my business... i then told her i just wanted her to know what happened and that i wasnt looking for this or that but even then she offered XY&Z I realized then that SHE is a person who cares about the people who come to her establishment to enjoy the time with family and friends... She went above and beyond to make sure i was 1000% taken care of and now will only be a customer to her location... The other Waffle Houses are rude and always in a rush to get the customer out so they can play on their phones or smoke a cigarette, her location is almost always on point with all their employees being nice and personable and point... Tempra and Sergio I truly appreciate the way you both went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy and taken care to the best of your abilities!! I will be back!!!

When the black waitress said it's ready, I put my card in. It said approved for way to much. She was trying to over charge me by $30. So I asked for a printed receipt of what I was charged for and she said no she couldn't print a detailed receipt. I picked up the menu and showed her the prices of the two things I ordered and she looked at the menu, picked up a calculator and kept saying it added up. Another waitress saw my frustration and asked if she could help. She picked up the ticket and looked at the menu then added it up herself. She said this is definitely wrong. The first one who apparently can not add at all walked away, so the nice one called the manager at home and the manager walked her through returning my money. This was Thanksgiving night. Bacon a little burned and omelet was a little under cooked. First time at that waffle house.

If I could give it no stars I would. My vehicle broke down and while it was being fixed I went to the waffle house 3 stores down. I went in and waited. And two tables came open but of the waitresses said that the tables were for 2 people or more. So people who came just through the door were able to go before me, no waiting for them. Every place had someone sitting in them.

1 of the best waffle house locations I've ever been to tbh! Our Food was prepared right & fast. The food was hot & they were slammed with lots of customers but the staff was not overwhelmed and were nice.

I come here often , get the same thing every time but today I found an eggshell in my grits , tried to call but no luck. Imma still eat here but next time please no egg shell !

Waited 30 mins for food. Slow and lobby closes at 11:30. Food was not cooked all the way but still had 2 pay $30 went to call store next day and couldn't get nobody.
