By far THE BEST manager I’ve seen. Items were missing from my order. I heard “let me tell you something…” & I felt like I was in trouble rofl she definitely cares about her customers, her employees, her job… you can tell she has a big heart.
*it was 17 biscuits, first thing in the morning. I wasn’t even mad. Realize that people make mistakes. Instead of cussing the people out that are making your food, be kind. Just a friendly reminder :)
Normally I have great experiences at this location but today I was beyond disappointed. I ordered a son of a baconator combo and look what I got. The meat patties were extra small and for a combo costing almost $7 I was not pleased, even with my coupon discount. Once I sat down and opened this burger I was immediately inclined to ask for a refund. No sooner did I get up the people power on the block went out (just my luck).
