Staff at the window seemed like they didn’t want to even be there. Got basically all of the incorrect food. didn’t receive the ten piece nuggets for one of the two combos i ordered. didn’t receive the baconator fries i paid an upcharge for on the other meal i got. received a baconator instead of a dave’s double.

I really struggle with Wendy’s. There can be a very unique experience during each visit. Our last visit was very good. The cashier was polite and the food was fresh…. This is not always the case.

Manager went the extra mile to correct a minor inconvenience that was out of their control to begin with. The food is good too.

I go in a lot food is good I really like chicken wrap combos and The croissant, bacon, egg and cheese combo I like pretty much everything, but those are two of my favorite and the people are really nice to me and my food is made and is hot and I get it. The supervisors are great along with the workers. I never get tired of going to Wendys because it’s one of my favorite places to eat.

3pm Saturday. Inside order.
Lot was full but only one other customer besides myself.
That should have been the first sign.

On the 444, jr cheeseburger was completely cold and was missing lettuce and tomato.
I asked if lettuce and tomato was included on the burger because it IS on them from other Wendy's and was told that I have to ask for it...
Looked at my $8 jbc meal and it had both lettuce and tomato.
Strange how it's there but I didn't ask for it, and the only difference between a jr cheeseburger and a jr bacon cheeseburger is bacon ?!?
There was no ice and no ketchup as well as no sprite (any flavor), closest thing was lemon lime lemonade.
Sweet tea had a scorched taste .

Wendy's quality really dropped after Dave died but this visit is an all time low.
Cold food with missing items to being out of condiment and drink selections, why even bother opening

I've been there 3 times lately and first 2 times I ordered breakfast ..it was good ..fast service but the people were rude both times...yesterday I drove thru the drive thru and asked about National HAMBURGER day...and they were so rude and told me they didn't know anything about it and didn't know where I got my info...I know they are all owned by different people and franchises but they were just RUDE...I didn't order anything and drove off

Even with online orders placed ahead of time, I always ended up waiting over 30 minutes after arriving. After experiencing this more than once, I decided I won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s

Website said it was open at 6am it wasn’t. People are inside and ignoring service even though multiple resources say it’s open. We’ll see how it goes

Get here at 6:45 and says they are open at 6am no one answered at drive through and the doors are locked very misleading
