Waited at drive thru for 20 minutes. Never got our order. Lady in front of me waited awhile. She hadn't gotten her order when I left. One employee was out back smoking.

By far THE BEST manager I’ve seen. Items were missing from my order. I heard “let me tell you something…” & I felt like I was in trouble rofl she definitely cares about her customers, her employees, her job… you can tell she has a big heart.
*it was 17 biscuits, first thing in the morning. I wasn’t even mad. Realize that people make mistakes. Instead of cussing the people out that are making your food, be kind. Just a friendly reminder :)

These are some very rude women!! It reminded me of why I haven't eaten there in so long and the attitude is still awful and the food was cold!!
Just came through the drive thru and ordered an equivalent of 44 nuggets and none of them were hot fries neither , literally got them in the air fryer as I’m typing . Been coming to this Wendy’s for a minute I know yall can do better .

Wendy's serves good food at reasonable prices. In fact they put big slices of onion and Romaine lettuce on their hamburgers if you like that on your burger. They are always nice, polite and helpful.
