Second time this week going thru the drive thru very clearly stated on my burger that I only wanted ketchup and mayo and each time I get home to eat my lunch on break there are onions on my sandwich. Even check my receipt when I got home and it very clearly stated only ketchup and mayo. Is it really that hard to follow the order on the screen? Well now ima hold up the line checking my sandwich. Oh I’m allergic to onions ?

Asiago chicken ranch is what I ordered, but instead, I got this poorly made crap . How hard is it ? They even have pictures with colors and everything. The store was dirty . Workers cursing. Lines took too long . Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Tried calling to see if I could get this fixed. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone.
Sat in line for 20+ minutes waiting on an online order just to be told to come inside and it wasn’t even started on. Absolutely ridiculous that there at like 7 people in the kitchen and you can only make one order at a time.
