Such an incredibly friendly staff! The lunch shift ladies made us feel like we were having a meal in their homes! You don’t feel that way about customer service much these days!!

Don’t bother going here. They’ll put whatever random cheese they have laying around on your burger instead of American cheese without telling you. Drive thru also takes about 30 minutes every time.

Went into this facility and asked for a double burger with cheese. When my husband began eating his burger there was no cheese so he went back into the facility to let them know about their error. The server went into the back and came out with two cold pieces of cheese to put on his burger. When he asked about the two cold pieces of cheese they told him to bring the burger he'd already taken a bite out of so they could put the cheese on the Burger.
I believe this facility needs to go through Servsafe and corporate should do a check as well. Not only does this not follow sanitation guidelines, but shows poor customer service.

30 minutes. 30 freaking minutes for a online order scheduled 20 minutes before the pickup time of 2am. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before one of the 4 employees that looked directly at me even attempted to come to the counter, and when they did my SCHEDULED order hadn't even been thought about. Then spent another 20 minutes waiting on 1 BURGER, THATS ALL, 1 BURGER. Wasted 30 minutes of my break time for 1 burger. Will be awhile before i come back again, the food is good, service is crap.
