Went into this facility and asked for a double burger with cheese. When my husband began eating his burger there was no cheese so he went back into the facility to let them know about their error. The server went into the back and came out with two cold pieces of cheese to put on his burger. When he asked about the two cold pieces of cheese they told him to bring the burger he'd already taken a bite out of so they could put the cheese on the Burger.
I believe this facility needs to go through Servsafe and corporate should do a check as well. Not only does this not follow sanitation guidelines, but shows poor customer service.

30 minutes. 30 freaking minutes for a online order scheduled 20 minutes before the pickup time of 2am. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before one of the 4 employees that looked directly at me even attempted to come to the counter, and when they did my SCHEDULED order hadn't even been thought about. Then spent another 20 minutes waiting on 1 BURGER, THATS ALL, 1 BURGER. Wasted 30 minutes of my break time for 1 burger. Will be awhile before i come back again, the food is good, service is crap.

Barely I pulled up in front of the restaurant, did a very wonderful woman exit the building with my bag of delicious and heavenly food in a hamburger bun. With a side of fries, of course! And there I sat for the next few minutes in total bliss enjoying every bite. There is nothing quite like a Whataburger. They are a delicacy.
The service is always exceptional and unfortunately I didn't have the time to sit in the restaurant, and enjoy the atmosphere, but just being at Whataburger brought back memories of home in Texas and with each bite I felt my childhood coming back to me as it always does. If you've never been to Whataburger before, and I'm sorry if that's the case, but you must remedy that soon, it's not just a hamburger joint. It is a "Whataburger experience." You'll understand, like the rest of us do, when you go. It's just fun.
Now to the important part: The food at Whataburger cannot be beat. They make it the way you like it. And they've got plenty of things on the menu for you to try. They're only happy to make suggestions and show you their newest offerings and deals. But I always come back to the original, and I've never been disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Since Whataburger makes your food to order, you can feel free to create whatever masterpiece you want with all of their ingredients at your disposal. I used to hang out with a group of vegetarians and Whataburger was always on our list at 3:00 a.m. because it was easy for everyone to get exactly what they wanted.
Dietary restrictions: Some in the group that I went with years past couldn't have salt, so they made it that way for them. Others had items they either didn't like or couldn't have. Whataburger makes each hamburger to order so you are free to pick and choose what you want and they will accommodate you with pleasure. And if for some reason it isn't right, I've seen them fix it as many times as they need to until that's exactly perfect for you. Their goal, I believe, is to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with whatever you choose to eat there, and that is their number one priority, And it always has been. 💯
Parking: Some spots are numbered for pickup, there are the reserve spots for handicap visitors, and so forth. But there is a huge parking lot that can accommodate many cars no matter how busy they are. It doesn't matter what city and state I've been in, I've never had trouble finding parking. (But I'd be patient even if it were full momentarily because I know what reward is waiting for me! ❤️🍔🍔❤️
Wheelchair accessibility: All the restaurants I've been in have been ADA compliant. I'm sure if you need assistance, you need only to let them know.
