We went in around 4pm and were the only customers besides one other table. Games were turned off, TV’s off, and our waitress just sat on the stage half the time braiding her hair while we sat with empty glasses and plates on our table. We knew it was a dying restaurant but man, we could not even get decent attention being the only ones in there. Quesadilla and drinks were good but the service and environment just isn’t worth a trip in there anymore. We have had this kind of experience for the last couple visits and never learn our lesson but we will not be going back anymore.

This place is horrible. The service is a negative 10. Bartenders negative 10. Lucky the wings were actually good. The bar top was nasty had to ask for them to clean it . Seen several of the workers coming behind the bar sneaking shots . Will not ever go back .

Waitress brought us dripping wet silverware not wrapped in a napkin and handed it to each person at the table wet. It took forever to get our food and it was cold when it arrived. The place was not busy at all. Worst service I have ever experienced.

This is a horribly ran restaurant. Management is so disrespectful and rude. Ove never felt with such insulting management. I tired to place an order for over 3 hours and they didn't answer the phone once. I went to every food ordering app available and no option to place a Togo order online. I will be telling everyone to bot go here. The management should be fired and replaced with actually respectful and helpful staff that know how to do their job. Do not eat here.

I was there on Tuesday and drank 3 draft lights and my tab was exactly $17.
How do you come up with the beer price of $ 5.66666 per beer? I was then told that the beer prices had gone up, but they had not changed any of price signs. The bartender told me that Yuengling was now the beer of the month. As a frequent customer, they know that I do not drink Yuengling, and they never said anything about a price increase.

Called in an order for two orders of wings. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Got there to pick them up in 13 minutes. Waited 30 minutes for the order. Got them home and had to finish cooking the wings they weren't even done. Second time this has happened. Won't be back.

We are very forgiving of servers because we worked in that line for years. That being said, we have NEVER ONCE had good service here. It is just consistently bad. This place is losing tons of money because of their unwillingness to hire enough servers or staff or train appropriately. They could refill our alcoholic beverages a lot more frequently as well as everyone around us, but they never come around. We have always had to flag them down. I wish they understood how much more money they could make. So why do we go back? 2 reasons: although we usually wait more than 45 minutes for our food, it's pretty good. The last visit we waited an hour and 15 minutes once we ordered. We do hate they discontinued the beer cheese because it was fantastic but they were always out of it anyway. The biggest thing that keeps us coming back is the atmosphere and bands. It's just fun. The bands that are booked always interact well with the crowd and are usually pretty talented. It's laid back and enjoyable. We can even get in front of the stage and dance if we want to. So to wrap this up, go-but don't go hangry. Go slightly hungry. And expect to go to the bar to get refills (Or napkins or whatever else you may need).
