Worst Zaxby’s in the history of the world! Place the mobile order & asked a friend to pick it up due to a sick child. Friend, write it forever in drive-through and Zaxby’s left out half of the food & all the sauces Will not make good on this!!! Money wasted will never spend another dime with this bunch of idiots again!!!

By far the most efficient Zaxby’s we’ve ever been to. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We were in and out of the drive thru in under 2 minutes! Keep up the good work!

This location makes the best Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries, and my order has never been wrong! I usually place a mobile order and take my food to go.

This restaurant had excellent food and service, but the facilities desperately need some maintenance. The drink machine was surrounded by water and ice. I'm not sure if it was leaking or what, but it's a liability, especially without the wet floor sign. This also caused the floors in the dining room to be sticky. We went to four different tables as two were dirty and dingy. The third seemed like it was about to fall off the holder. This zaxbys must have been here for decades or something without any upkeep because this one is rough looking. Trash cans outside were overflowing and smelled horrible. we almost turned away because of that, but im glad we gave it a shot. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here around 8:30 after a long flight and a 2 hour drive from Atlanta. Me and my friend were denied service after paying & getting out drinks. from the big guy with the afro bc he stated one of the workers said they saw me “throw all that trash on the ground”. He stated “if you pick it up I will serve you” mind you I never threw anything on the ground and he couldn’t even show me where the trash was bc there was none. Could not even give the workers name that supposedly told him that. The staff just blatantly lied on me & refused to serve me. I honestly believe it was because they were closing soon and did not want to take any more customers. I called to speak to management the next day & was offered a free meal which I declined. I had a friend who went recently and the guy still works there. I doubt I’m the first customer they’ve done this to. Probably won’t be the last. Really wished I would’ve recorded the encounter definitely would have gone viral. Just a heads up if you come here at night be ready to be lied on and denied service.
