This restaurant had excellent food and service, but the facilities desperately need some maintenance. The drink machine was surrounded by water and ice. I'm not sure if it was leaking or what, but it's a liability, especially without the wet floor sign. This also caused the floors in the dining room to be sticky. We went to four different tables as two were dirty and dingy. The third seemed like it was about to fall off the holder. This zaxbys must have been here for...
Sierra Is AWESOME, Sierra helped me above and beyond with my order earlier. She was so kind and patient with me even asked me questions on my order to make sure I got everything I needed. I will go back to this Zaxbys just for her kindness. Sierra, I really appreciate your kindness and patience. Zaxbys, thank you for hiring people that takes time with customers and not rush us.
Great, when they are serving the Zensation Salads. They don't serve them all the time. I only go when they post the Zensation sign.
