I didn't like the mushroom Swiss too much when it came down to the combo. It was 12.09 if I'm not mistaken with a large meal. The big problem I faced was there were no sauces in the bag when I asked for some I was told corporate won't allow to give them to me without .28 cents which I had already paid for my food. I just wanted a couple of honey mustard packets and they only have four ketchup packets for customers to grab. The problem is I didn't want ketchup, and I won't be going to any more Hardee's if they continue to force management to do so.

I recently visited the Opp, ALABAMA location and spent $50 on food and drinks. I ordered a 'suicide' fountain drink (a mix of different flavors). However, I was surprisingly denied this request.
Given that businesses often offer free drinks to employees and that purchasing a large syrup container wouldn't significantly impact inventory, this restriction seemed unreasonable. Furthermore, the 'do not use' signs on the customer-side fountains were a barrier, even if I could have technically mixed the drinks myself.
I requested to speak with the Manager-on-Duty, but they refused a face-to-face conversation and maintained the denial. When I mentioned contacting corporate, the cashier acknowledged my right to do so. If I ever done that at my job as a cashier or management I would have been written up or fired for not taking care of the customer.
This experience was highly unsatisfactory. I am unlikely to return to this location and may consider patronizing competitors instead.

They used to be a good place to go to but this one here in Opp is terrible it's dirty inside a lot of the times and there are two really rude workers that work there and lately half the time when we drive all the way there they're closed when they should be open they just seem to pick what hours they want to be open which really sucks cuz they don't ever answer their phone so you don't know if they're open or Not by trying to call ahead and then you drive 30 minutes to get there and they're closed at 2:00 in the afternoon or even 5:00 or 6:00 and their signs say they're open and the website says they're open but they're not and it don't matter what day of the week it could be a Friday a Saturday it's really ridiculous I wish I could get a hold of their corporate or the franchise owner to let them know this place is being ran that way

Went in today for lunch, around 1:15 and was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! We waited almost 5 minutes before anyone took our order! She gave us our drinks and said the food would be right up! Well, after thirty minutes and sitting there listening to the employees argue about what order was what, she said she was just waiting on hot fries! The burgers had been sitting there for almost 25 minutes at this point and the fries were ready, and all of the employees were working on drive thru orders! Finally we asked for the food and she said I’m waiting on fries, I said they just dumped them, she said didn’t see it! She put the fries in the bag and said, well you get hot fries………the burgers were cold! Lesson learned! I will not be a karen!

Won't eat at this location again. Girl behind the counter was high and could hardly take our order. Then wasn't to happy we asked if they would clean off a table. Because they were dirty. Also my chicken was way under cooked and soggy.
I went to Hardee's today. I always got good food and service but today it was the best. I got hot fresh chicken tenders and friendly service. Love y'all

A little slower on service here, and the cashier, at the window, seemed to have an unfriendly personality. Think she would have done better in the kitchen maybe instead of dealing with customers. The food seemed to be just chunked into the bags. Hardee's here is definitely best at breakfast time. Never had any problems or complaints at breakfast, but would rather find somewhere else for lunch and dinner. (unless they can do better with their staff)
