Quite possibly the worst chicken I have ever tasted. Breading smells more of sawdust than flour and the odd plastic taste lingers in the mouth. This Jacks has slid down hill a month after it opened. I quit coming until today, passing through I brought home the most disgusting tasting chicken I have ever eaten. Never, NEVER again!

OMG I’m obsessed with this place! The hamburgers are individually made and individually wrapped to order. Everything tastes phenomenal!! I would live here! The restrooms are scrupulously clean - you could eat in there! And that doesn’t touch the wisdom of the waitress’. So smart, such gentle insights and instincts.

I came through and got two cheese burgers hold the veggies as a combo. They gave me to burgers with nothing but Onions and pickles with no fries. Also every time I come I have to come inside to get dipping sauces for my wife.

My son is in a nursing home and he ALWAYS wants me to get him 2 cheeseburgers cut in half! He is paralyzed on his whole left side & can only use 1 hand to eat. They cut them in half for him EVERY TIME I get them, even though they aren't supposed to! They understand the importance of cutting them in half!! Shout-out to Florala, Al. 😊

The vent in the women’s bathroom looks like small animals have been living in there it’s scary please bring a weapon at least a dust mop I will not return at no later date

This is the 2nd terrible experience I've had from this place. Got to the drive-thru with 3 coupons and they only let me use one. That's a 1st at any fast food chain. The Big Bacon burger was tiny, dry, lukewarm and mostly bread. The two cheeseburgers were fair but again dry and mostly bread. The chicken fingers were chewy, dry and mostly batter. The drinks were basically all ice but the fries were actually good. It had been at least a couple of years since my last visit but I won't be going back to this chain regardless of what town its in. Terrible.

They can have one star for every comeback sauce I get when I asked for it (I can’t put 0 stars) Service inside is terrible. The workers will look you dead in the face and proceed to walk the other way. The food is bland and I hate to think this is one of the few options I have to eat where I live. Kinda depressing really. If they’d give sauce it probably wouldn’t be so bland. The Atmosphere is also no bueno and I know those workers stay hitting those vapes in the back. << Honest Review from a local <3

I dealt with Brandon who is new in a trainee and Raynah Both of them were so upbeat, friendly, polite, and efficient. In fact, the entire staff looked happy to be at work today. The food was good as always And the two staff members I mentioned help me use a coupon that saved me over three dollars. This location gets bashed sometimes but my family’s never had a bad experience here I highly recommend trying them out. And thank you management for hiring great staff.
