Placed a order online for a lg garlic stuffed crust cheese pizza and same for the works pizza. Got home only to find out I got 2 burnt cheese pizzas and no garlic crust. Called to notify them and the manager called me a liar and told me to bring the pizza back because he didn't believe me. So I drove 20 mins back to the pizza shop to show them that I wasn't a liar and the manager said oh she couldn't read the screen cause she's wearing glasses. So I asked for them to remake the correct pizza and not to burn it and the manager refused to make it said "he doesn't want to and he doesn't have time. Said here take your full refund". I will not give them my business again. I'd rather give pizza hut my business because they make things right and go above and beyond.

I entered the store to pickup my order. There were two Doordash drivers waiting. My order was ready to be picked up. I told the worker my name and asked about my order. He preceeded to ask the other two customers about their orders. He told one that it would be a while. He then went and made the other order and told me that mine was ready and sitting there. I waited an additional 10 - 15 minutes for him to make the other customers otder and check them out, before he handed me my order. The other two customers laughed and shook their heads. Customer service is extremely important. Yesterday the service that I received was horrible. Plus the toppings were just piled on my pizza. Not evenly spread over it. FYI: I drove over 45 minutes round trip for this service.

Worst Pizza I've ever had. Ordered pick-up, App said ready in 15 to 25 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, and the Pizza and Cinnamon Bites were ready, 5 minute drive home. The pizza crust was soggy, the sauce was pretty much tasteless, and it was already cold. When this place first opened the food quality was great, and then, within months, it went downhill. We gave them a second chance tonight and will not go back. Now I understand why the place was empty on a Saturday night. One positive is the Cinnamon Bites, they were good. Probably pre-made elsewhere lol

So my family made an online order and it took over an 1 15 to be delivered, they forced us to give a tip and a delivery fee, and the pizza was cold and bottoms were burnt☹️ so we are very upset...definitely will not be ordering or going there again...
Pizza was poorly made .. lacking sauce.. tasted old and stale but it was hot .. No clue why..The cashier was constantly eating chips ,from next to the cash register..I didn't see her wash her hands . Between eating and fixing the Pizzas.. no hair net or masks.. last time going here..

Two females working. Neither had gloves on while preparing the food, handling dough after rubbing her nose. Very unsanitary, and totally against the Alabama Food Handling Guidelines.
