Worst Pizza I've ever had. Ordered pick-up, App said ready in 15 to 25 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, and the Pizza and Cinnamon Bites were ready, 5 minute drive home. The pizza crust was soggy, the sauce was pretty much tasteless, and it was already cold. When this place first opened the food quality was great, and then, within months, it went downhill. We gave them a second chance tonight and will not go back. Now I understand why the place was empty on a Saturday night. One positive is the Cinnamon Bites, they were good. Probably pre-made elsewhere lol

So my family made an online order and it took over an 1 15 to be delivered, they forced us to give a tip and a delivery fee, and the pizza was cold and bottoms were burnt☹️ so we are very upset...definitely will not be ordering or going there again...

Pizza was poorly made .. lacking sauce.. tasted old and stale but it was hot .. No clue why..The cashier was constantly eating chips ,from next to the cash register..I didn't see her wash her hands . Between eating and fixing the Pizzas.. no hair net or masks.. last time going here..Parking: Across from Dr dial old office ..towards. downtown..on right ..

Placed order then waited over 2.5 hrs then called them to find out they hadn't even started the order. No communication from their side whatsoever. Terrible management!

Two females working. Neither had gloves on while preparing the food, handling dough after rubbing her nose. Very unsanitary, and totally against the Alabama Food Handling Guidelines.

The absolute WORST neighbor. Trucks delivering in the middle of the night waking people up, people leaving their headlights on shining into houses across the street, and a franchise owner that doesn't care. If they don't care about their neighbors, they obviously aren't interested in getting their business.
Limited to 6 min delivery don't have change in the store to operate efficiently and break change for customers horrible

I gave it 4 stars because my wife had to use the latrine very badly. She asked the employee if she could use the latrine and was told it is not used for public usage. And this is after we had made a 50 dollar order. Place was clean and neat employees were very nice mannered. But needless to say they have lost my business there. 1st time ever using that papa John's pizza. If anyone receiving service from OPP, ALABAMA, papa John's pizza do not ask to use there latrine. Your patronage there is not appreciated.

All the employees are always very nice and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend this particular store (Opp, AL)!

I called 9 time and still could not get them I on the phone .when we got their they said their had not rang .please make sure the call go to the store . Opp Alabama is a small town and we are happy to have papa John's here .
