Ordered Ryanos off of Door Dash tonight. When our food made it to us after the trucks closing time, we were missing 2 plates. As someone who’s worked a few restaurant jobs in my life, I know all too well that mistakes can happen. So, I went up there, crossing my fingers that someone would still be there and our plates would be sitting on the counter.
Long story short, the owner of the truck was there with a young guy that was training. He offered to make our plates immediately, and even threw in a couple of cheesecake slices they had extra.
Rated 5 🌟 because, yes our order was messed up, but the way he handled the situation was above and beyond what I expected. I feel like these days, we all need to remember that mistakes will be made- we’re only human- but how we handle the mistakes is what’s important.

Ryano’s never disappoints. Great food, and multiple choices on the menu. Can’t beat the prices either for a meal to fill you up. I’ve tried it all and it’s all equally as good. 5 stars isn’t enough!!

The lovely lady who took my order and the guy you got to work just after I had ordered were both very sweet and nice to me. They just happened to be out of the sauce I wanted but the lady who took my order recommended the honey Sriracha sauce and I love it! Its sweet with a hint of spice. The prices are also pretty fair especially compared to most places. The fries were soo tasty as well. This was my first time going there and I am very pleased and will be going there again.

Great place to eat i go at least once a week Ryan and his staff are very friendly and do a great job. I took my father for his first visit and Ryan was amazing with him it was a slowly time Ryan sat and spent time talking to him it made his day

Stopped by on our way home from the beach. It was a Saturday when Ryan is normally closed and, Lawd, were we glad he wasn’t! Order ahead if you can, because he makes ‘em fresh, and you’ll have a little wait - worth every minute even in the south Alabama heat, though. Thanks Ryan! We wish you the absolute best! 🫶🏼

Cheesy fries were good. Heavy on cheese sauce. Mild wings were very good. The staff was very polite and friendly. Also ordered hamburger for friend. He said it was delicious!

Food is great. Would be nice if they had a brick and mortar restaurant. It's kinda miserable during the summer if you wanna eat there out in the heat and crazy amount of flies.
Literally the best place to eat! Alabama bird dog is my favorite but the wings are also amazing along with their fries!

So I drove from fort novosel army base prob like a 40-50 min drive because I’ve tried wings in Dothan,enterprise,Birmingham,Montgomery and Ozark so I wanted something new. I came here and the prices are decent + 10% for military which is good. The fries were amazing literally tasted like they were hand cut which I was told they were. I got 3 different wing flavors and all were good. Lemon pepper,mild and a spicer one. All the sauces are made in house which is another plus. These prob are top 3 best wings I’ve tried in Alabama and I’ve been all over including Destin/panama/atlanta/fort lee Virginia,Florida etc etc so I know what’s good quality wings. Only reason this isn’t a 5 is because of the size of the wings they are a bit smaller than your average but again the taste is worth it. Support this truck because he is a veteran and do support us veterans. My bad lol my wife got the rodeo style burger and she loved it .

I went earlier…well before 7pm (since that’s what’s reported as closing time on Google and says was confirmed some weeks ago) and nobody was there. Pretty disappointed since I travelled a little over 45 minutes to get here based on reviews. :( I’d be willing to give another try but I’ll definitely call beforehand this time.
