I placed a delivery order through the app and asked for extra sauce, but received 2 dry subs with no sauce at all. I politely called there seeking a resolution and an angry Asian lady answered who told me she had made the sub as she screamed and yelled at me that it was my fault for asking for extra sauce on the side (which I had selected “more sauce” plus asked for a side cup, but didn’t receive any) and then she hung up. I tried to call back with no answer. Despite no resolution, I placed a 2nd order for two more sandwiches. The next order arrived absolutely drowned in an obscene amount of sauce! It was a sloppy, disgusting, inedible and intentional mess. It was made by this same lady. She must have used almost half a bottle of sauce. It appeared as if she took her anger out on the sandwich.

I ordered “the beast” and it was far from it and half of the toppings I ordered were not even on the sandwich. Very disappointed I spent way too much money for that.

Went to the establishment, that closes at 10, according to the door and online, went in the door to find the employee sleeping on the couch who stumbled awake to then inform me they close at 9. Well, the door was open and the window says 10 as well as online. She restates they close at 9 the window and internet are wrong.

Few things. If you’re closed why are all the lights on? Why is the door open? Why hasn’t your business adjusted hours online or at the store?

Will not return. Service and atmosphere were awful. Couldn’t speak for the food she was unable to provide me with any.

Don’t waste your time here. Ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, I was told they don’t have two of the three things I ordered. One was “discontinued” (pretzel) but on the subway website and the other they just didn’t have (white chocolate nut cookie). They offered to replace a pretzel and cookie with chips, no thanks. I asked for a refund but of course they couldn’t give me one because they don’t have keys to the register and the manager wasn’t there. And the girl working was wearing a random t shirt and pajama pants. Subway should really pull the franchise from here. Never will I dust the doors of this abomination.

I had two different employees working on my meal. One employee stopped. Took her gloves off, went outside. Came back in and put a new pair on to start working. This was after she was sneezing and coughing. NO HANDWASHING!!!
They couldn't get what we ordered correctly after repeatedly telling them what we wanted multiple times. THEN the total was $50!!!! For two sandwiches with meals and some cookies.

Dazed &Confused

This is the by far the worst subway experience I've ever had. Not only are the prices jacked up from the other locations, they refused to give me dipping sauce for the new footlong DIPPER. She looked at me and said it doesn't come with dipping sauce. The dipper doesn't come with dipping sauce. That's what I was told. Please go to a different subway, your sandwhich will be missing ingredients and flat because they are extremely greedy. Oh and your DIPPER won't come with any DIPPING sauce. Go figure. Here's a picture of my depressing flat sandwich missing ingredients I paid for.

The Subway in Opp is fantastic. The employees have the best attitude, the are great to deal with, they make the most fantastic sandwiches, they are really great people.

Subway at this location on Main Street in Opp has forever lost my business. How are you not going to accept Subway coupons. Well from now when I want Subway I will take my business to Andalusia.
