My sub was delicious, the service was not as great. I asked the sandwich artist to wash her hands twice before she did it, then made three sandwiches before switching gloves. ( Not subway ready) The atmosphere was of a rush to get to her other job next door. This Subway needs help.

I really like this subway it is very clean. The food is excellent. You can also get pizzas here that are for individual size. and the best part is, is that they own the vape store next-door, h which has very high quality vapes at a very reasonable price. I truly enjoy going to Subway and then stopping off at the vape store knowing it’s owned by the same owners, and the staff at both establishments are fantastic. I highly recommend it.

It's subway as a trucker subjected to years as this being the only option for food in many states for truckers I wouldn't eat it if they paid me to take it. I haven't eaten at this location bc it's subway which is overpriced sandwiches and corporate took away the only bread I actually liked. Try it if you dare but if it's a sub I still prefer Firehouse hands down!

They're not open on time. It's 45 minutes past time for them to be open and pastvouple times the people preparing my sandwich was complaining about being at work and ready to go home and made sandwiches very sloppyParking: There's 5 parking spots

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and they hadn’t even started making it when I arrived to pick up. Why put a “ready by” if it’s not going to actually even be started. If you have to plan around a lunch hour, don’t recommend here.

The owners are very friendly, but they are way over charging. Your sub is gonna be 3 dollars more expensive here than at any other subway in the southeast. And when you pay online for a sub, and get there only to find out they're out of stock on something, they won't give you your money back, without a lot of discussion about it. This especially sucks when you use your reward points, and they won't refund it at all. Or if they mess up your sub, they'll try to convince you to just accept the mistake, instead of remaking it for you. Again they're friendly enough, they just have some shady business practices.

So I'm trying to figure out why there's only one employee working New Years Eve to prepare people's food? Poor scheduling. Opp may be small but people that live there and in the surrounding areas are still hungry whether it be walk in, online, or over the phone ordering. The fact that I had to wait 20 mins for an online order I was already 20 mins late for is unacceptable. I work the same realm of customer service 6 days a week and we are WAY busier than this Subway and I still would have personally went ahead and prepped the mobile orders regardless of how busy we were. The girl working was sweet enough but SLOW. She seemed more concerned with walk in orders than anything else. She started on another womans sandwich before my order was complete and I had been waiting 15 mins already. You can't take your time when you're on someone elses time clock. Tighten up it's an employee drought everywhere ?
