Every time I visit family in the area, Big Fish is a place I make sure to stop by. I have learned over time that it is essential to either book a reservation or get there early before the crowd starts to pour in. During my most recent visit, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The waitress was very friendly and even took the time to help others at the table with their dinner selections, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. The service was on par throughout the evening, with our drinks never running empty and the food arriving without a long wait. Most of my group opted for the firecracker shrimp dinner, which featured shrimp without the tails, fried rice, and a fried egg with slivers of cucumber garnish. I decided on the crab cakes, which were served over a bed of fried rice alongside tempura-fried green beans and a drizzle of wasabi sauce. Even though I can’t recall the specific name of the sauce used on the crab cakes, I do know that when our food arrived, the presentation was top-notch. In the end, the portions were so generous that everyone cleaned their plates, leaving no room at all for dessert. It is worth noting for anyone planning a visit that if you have a large party of six or more, the restaurant will not split the bill, so I recommend keeping that in mind before you go. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service, and we will certainly be back.

First time here in several years. Nice expansion of the restaurant. Service from Meagan was awesome. She had no problem dealing with a table of 9. Excellent selection of fish options. Everyone was very happy with their selections, including appetizers and entrees. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Food was really awesome and well prepared. Definitely will be back.

Chilean Seabass, bronzed, with mashed potatoes and spinach. Perhaps the best fish in Gulf Shores. Presentation is great, also have tried the firecracker shrimp, golden tile, and scallops, all five stars. Service is prompt and professional, and overall this is an incredible choice before a night swim.

The Sashimi Sampler & Rainbow roll was phenomenal. The fish was so tender you savored every bite. We also had the firecracker shrimp fired rice was tasty. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end my night.

My wife and I stopped here during our honeymoon last week and loved it. She had the golden tile and I had the triple tail. Both were amazing!! Adele (I believe is how it's spelled) was awesome!! She was very informative and suggested the different dishes. Will definitely be back if in the area!!!

This is my favorite seafood place in Orange Beach. You would not expect this kind of service and Quality in a shopping center. A jem hiding waiting to be found by all.

We ate hear 22 September 2025. Great food. We are still talking about it. We had Scallops, grilled chicken salad, sushi and for appetizers we had firecracker shrimp (which was amazing) last we had a molten lava cake with ice-cream. Totally amazing and worth the price.
