Wow! These bignets were really disappointing. ☹️ All of ours were hard on the outside & hollow on the inside! We have a condo here & pick up a doz bignets at least 1X ea stay. They’ve always been wonderful. Only good thing I could say about these were that they were warm with plenty of sugar. Looked like bignets, tasted like crap.
Very fresh beignets! They seem made when you order. Very puffy and delicious. Different than NOLA but good. French vanilla iced Coffee was also delicious. The atmosphere is the only thing that could use some upgrading. Older gentleman posted out front, smoking cigars, gawking at women makes it less desirable.

We stopped in on a whim and were very impressed with the service and quality of the food. The iced coffee and beignets were excellent. Highly recommend

Not a great spot for tourists or influencers.
Beignets were delicious, but this location has much to be desired in the maintenance department and front of house. In much need of upgrades and repairs. Front of house was poorly served by what appeared to be a retired nurse. She was wearing scrubs and could lose her strict bedside manner and adopt some standard hostess manners.
When walking in, there really isn’t much welcome, instruction, “have you been here before?” Or “welcome in”. She will quite literally just stare at you and might offer you a menu.

We absolutely love this place. We have eaten here for breakfast 3x this week. It’s quick, easy, and delicious. My son may have ate 6 in one hour. If you want an affordable quick breakfast to take back to the condo I highly recommend. The workers are also super friendly! Our go to when we are in Orange Beach!

The beignets had a different taste to them - the owner told me she's had the business over 30 years and just uses beignet mix but it was like the buttermilk was stronger than usual - very good. Little hole in the wall type of restaurant in the Rouses shopping center. We enjoyed it.

I loved the beignets and coffee. Great service too. Didn’t have to wait long for two orders of beignets, and they were piping hot.

Went for Donuts for kids and stopped in to get the adults Beignets. The kids liked the Beignets better than City Donuts

I must have caught them on a bad day- I’m reading all the reviews that the beignets were “delicious”. I ordered a dozen. Got them back to condo and took a bite. The middle was completely raw dough. Tried another one.. same thing. Last try was a smaller one I was hoping was cooked through. All I could taste was burnt oil. Threw the entire dozen in the trash. $26. I had high hopes because we LOVED the beignet store that used to be located in the Wharf… we were sooo disappointed they closed. THOSE were the best! Please check the temp of your oil. Serving raw beignets could make customers seriously ill.

The gentleman making the beignets didn’t seem to enjoys his job. The pastries were like eating dough balls because they did not have much powered sugar on them. We were very disappointed!
