Perfectly cooked porterhouse that tastes great. Lobster mac was overcooked but tasted fine, probably tastes a lot better when cooked correctly. Grilled caesar salad tastes great.

Visited on Wednesday when they had their prime rib special. Usually I go for filet but tried the prime rib out of curiosity. That might have been the best prime rib I've had so far. Really juicy and flavorful. The potatoes au gratin were a nice addition to round out the meal. Bonus points for live music!

Kid-friendliness: We had a 2 year old with us and got a kids chair as well as a kids menu.

I was so looking forward to the pistachio crusted grouper- the fish was not fresh, I could smell it when they brought it to the table, the crust was mainly panko & extremely thick. No sauce, & no seasonings at all, except for what seemed to be a tarter underneath. For the price I expected good food.

Porterhouse melted like butter. Truffle potato wedges were amazing. Onion rings were a perfect appetizer. And the cherry on top- live music. Great place!

Had to sit outside because there was live music inside. Mosquitos were bad. Service was very slow and not many people there. Food was good but pricey.

This place was great! After visiting several places with an hour to 2 hour wait, we found Carvers and were seated immediately. I didn’t have high hopes because of that, however..I was pleasantly surprised! The food was fantastic, it was quiet, and Brandon out server was awesome and attentive. We will definitely be back! The pork belly was 🔥 and my steak was cooked perfectly!

We can’t say enough great things about this place. DJ was our server and he was awesome!! He had great recommendations and took so much care of us!
I wish we had found this restaurant sooner, we would’ve come more than once during our trip. I definitely recommend having reservations, but there were no issues being seated immediately either.
The atmosphere was definitely a quiet night out.
We will definitely be back!

Very nice looking place, but was very disappointed that they were already out of the prime rib special at 6:00PM. Lobster tail was under cooked, as was the pork belly.

Best place so far we have eaten in Orange Beach and we go every September. Service, quality of food, drinks, atmosphere, all close to perfect. Mike was our waiter and he was exceptional.

Phenomenal experience! We were greeted with a warm welcome by our waiter, Micha. We had the pleasure of getting to know him. He did an outstanding job by delivering us the best customer service. Our food was absolutely wonderful and very tasteful! The atmosphere and live music was even better. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend checking them out!

We really enjoyed our meals and the live music! The food was great and although a nicer restaurant, it was still kid friendly to our four boys!

Thank you for the wonderful food! My grilled shrimp were fresh and delicious. My family had steak and have tried many places with this being their favorite! Our waitress Maggie was polite and so kind. I highly recommend Carver’s👏🩷
