Food was yummy and the restaurant was quiet so the service was prompt. Since the restaurant was empty and we were the only guests it felt a bit awkward as there was no music playing and our conversation could be heard throughout.
The decoration was really beautiful and an ode to Chinese culture.

I looked at the pictures of the food and decided to try a new dish (to me). It was fabulous! They had a few people doing many jobs so they didn't check in with us, but they all gave us a friendly goodbye when we left.

They are definitely going down hill the generals chicken use to be good all white meat. Now you get half good white meat and the other is some stringy mystery meat. It sad because this was one of my favorites

I went to eat here with a group of my coworkers. I never received my food, so after a few minutes, I asked where my food was. It turns out he never took my order. After waiting another 10 minutes for my order, I decided not to tip. The lady then had the audacity to say, "No tip, no service next time”.

Kudos for being the only restaurant open in orange beach during a severe snowstorm! Grocery stores closed. Wal mart too. So thankful for the delicious dinner! It was worth the wait time in your packed, cozy restaurant! Thankful for your restaurant!!

Recently we went here for dinner based upon high reviews. The service and atmosphere was good. Unfortunately, our dinners were a huge disappointment. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was tasteless. The chicken was so heavily coated that we could barely find the chicken. No sauce, no flavor. Our Sesame Chicken was also without much taste. Huge disappointment.

My husband and I visited our mom and dad in Orange Beach and decided to have lunch at a local Chinese restaurant called China Dragon. What a fantastic choice! We ordered four appetizers, three entrees, and a dessert, and every single dish was absolutely amazing. Owners are super friendly as well!

The first thing that caught our attention was the beautiful decor. The restaurant’s classic Chinese architectural design, paired with the thoughtful display of traditional instruments on the walls, created an inviting and authentic atmosphere.

Our top recommendations: the firecracker shrimp, seafood shumai, and pork spring rolls—each bite was perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. My husband couldn’t get enough of their orange chicken, pot stickers, shrimp with lobster sauce, and house special fried rice—all classic dishes done to perfection.

Though we were full, we couldn’t resist trying the sesame balls for dessert, and they didn’t disappoint! The taste brought back fond memories of my hometown in China.

The food, authenticity, and warm hospitality made our family trip even more special. China Dragon will be our go-to spot for Chinese food whenever we visit Orange Beach again. Highly recommend!

Parking: Orange Beach may be reached by foot from the location! After lunch, we strolled to the beach to watch the sunset. What a lovely spot to unwind.
