Lady at the window was rude, and then i repeated I wanted lettuce and tomato on my burger twice and it still isn’t on there.

Wonderful service everytime we been there this week!! Also would like to say thanks to whoever paid for my families order around 8:50 pm today

We stopped here on the way home from the beach. The cashier was friendly, patient, and efficient. My Jr cheeseburger was amazing. Some of the others stated from good-great on food. The tables were not the cleanest and I saw several flies. I know it happens this time of year, they get in open doors even at home but I literally was swatting them while in line and while we ate as well. We dined in. The bathrooms were clean enough.

Been Trying to place a cake order for a celebration there in 2 weeks. Called every day for over a week and forced to leave a voicemail as no one is ever available and no one ever returns a phone call. Guess they don't do cake orders at this location. Very disappointed compared to the service we receive at our local DQ in TN. Poor customer service for a service you openly advertise.

Worst experience ive had ordering fast food in a long time. There was one woman working counter and drive thru when we came in at about 7pm, and she was taking her sweet time with no sense of urgency at all to take our order. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes she finally came over. Then we waited 20 minutes for our food. Within the 20 minutes a line had formed and it was still only the one woman behind the counter taking her sweet time. Just before we got our food 3 other workers finally came out and started helping. Please hire better employee

We did not go in the building to to grow the atmosphere. However, we did have to wait for our drinks and pull up and wait for several minutes but it was all good.

Please avoid this place at all costs.

The drive-thru is absolutely horrible. We pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately the person on the other end started to say speak up I can't hear you. After we placed our order and went to the drive-thru window the worker literally told us next time you come through here you need to speak up so I can hear you.

Are you kidding me? Avoid this place as customer service is completely dead.

Just dined inside, terrible slow service. Not enough staff/staff under-motivated to serve while busy. Cheeseburger, chicken strips, and fries were all served lukewarm/cold. Totally overwhelmed and slow staff, we watched more than 4 groups of customers leave. They weren’t even acknowledged in line. Out of cookie dough, and forgot one of our blizzards - had to go up and ask for it.
