Del's Ice Cream

My family and I loved Del's ice cream! Jada was so kind and helpful, giving us tips on where to visit during our stay in Orange Beach. Wonderful atmosphere, great service, and even better ice cream!

I just had the best Peanut Butter Lover Banana Split at Del's Ice Cream!!!

I like Del's but they need better flavors. Many of the flavors they say they have, they do not! They also need to get rid of the cinnamon flavor. It is HORRIBLE and taste nothing like cinnamon. I haven't a clue what the gooey stuff is in it. The Range Café in New Mexico makes the most delicious cinnamon ice cream. It tastes like cinnamon and nothing like Del's!

Turn the freezer up! Ice cream melts as soon as it's served!

Super cute with a calm atmosphere. The employee working today, 11/4 in the evening was lovely! Not sure her name but she deserved a shoutout- not to mention the ice cream was super yummy! Worth the stop ✌️✌️

Half the time when places say the ice cream is homemade...it's not, lol. But I think Del's might be the real deal! Whatever the case, we enjoyed it enough to visit twice on our beach visit -- and that's high praise, considering I always wanna try as many different places as possible while on vacation.

Tucked at the end of a large shopping center, Del's provided the treat we needed to round out our dining experiences for the day. One night I came alone but got carryout for my sister in law, husband, and brother in law; another night, we brought the WHOLE family (9 people total). The same employee was there both nights and she handled us with patience and grace!

My one small complaint is that when she scooped ice cream, she didn't wear a glove. It made me more uncomfortable on one night because she had a bandaid on one of her fingers that she was scooping with. I don't doubt her handwashing practices, but I would've felt better with a glove on or something. But maybe I'm just a germaphobe.

At any rate, once I got over that, the ice cream was truly fabulous! I had a scoop of peanut butter pie one night and a scoop of the brownie biscoff the other. Both were yummy, but the brownie biscoff was a revelation. I'd buy it by the pint if I could. They have about 20 flavors to choose from and you can also get milkshakes and sundaes.

There's not much seating inside, but we were staying nearby so we just took our goodies to go both nights. I wish I'd had more time to try more flavors. But I'm sure I'll invariably be back in this area for a vacation in the future -- and a return visit to Del's will be on my list for that trip!

Friendly atmosphere with great service. The Brownie Biscoff flavor was AMAZING!

Kid-friendliness: Big open Area outside with picnic tables so if kids get messy with ice cream it's fine.

The best nutella milkshake I’ve ever had. So good! My fiancée loved his banana split. It’s more on the pricey side for ice cream but it’s so worth it!

Jayda was running the entire shop by herself tonight with at least 12 people in line the entire time we were there. She had a sense of urgency to complete all orders but treated each guest like an individual, speaking very kindly and personably to each one. What a treasure! Oh, yeah, the ice cream was great too!
