This is a follow-up to the first review I wrote directly to Domino’s about the pizza I received. The pizza was uneven, undercooked in some areas, and the ingredients were not properly placed, which affected the overall taste and quality.

After I submitted my feedback, someone from the branch called me and apologized. They told me they would give me a $5 discount or credit on my account to make up for the poor quality of the pizza. At the time, I was at work and very busy, so I didn’t ask many questions— I just accepted the offer. I didn’t save their number, and I’ve been checking my Domino’s account ever since, but nothing was ever added.

It has been weeks now, and I’m still waiting for the $5 credit they promised me. Honestly, based on the condition of the pizza I received, I should have been offered a full replacement, but I accepted the $5 because I didn’t have time to take the pizza back or deal with a long process.

I’m disappointed that the promise wasn’t honored. I hope the store will review this and follow through, because customers should receive the compensation they are told they will get—especially after receiving food that wasn’t properly baked.

They had a huge order for pizza 120 or something like that, told me they were not taking no more orders for an hour, so big orders are cool for business, but all others will not be served nor did they care, several customers walked away with no service

Sit there for good 10 min to make an order . The dude incharge sound like he doesnt care . A cook asked him 3 times . That customer wants to make an order .
He's not intetested. I guess thats why every place in the area .is packed . And no body is in his store .

We were visiting from TX, didn’t want to cook our first night. BEWARE! The online portal doesn’t match the actual time the pizza will be ready. Mine said 25 mins so I drove to the store (I did pickup) and it was really 2 hours!! I felt so bad for the staff, EVERYONE WAS WORKING. At some point they should have just stopped taking orders. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours. This was a Saturday evening around 8pm. We ended up eating around 1030pm. The staff was doing what they could and some customers were sooo rude. I felt bad for the employees, didn’t appear to be a manager on site. Didn’t really see anyone “in charge”. I’m giving 2 stars overall bc the online portal
Should reflect the actual time. And during my stay (while waiting for food) they didn’t answer the phone ONCE LOL. It was driving me crazy, I wanted to pick it up and put it off the hook. But our pizza was delicious!!

I ordered food at 6:55 pm. I was able to watch a whole movie and my food was still being prepped at 8:25. I tried calling and no answer on the phones. The order was for delivery and we drove over there to see if we could pick it up or at least get someone to cancel the order. We entered the dominoes and there were people waiting outside of it and inside the building. No one was manning the front desk. All of the workers were working on orders and never talked to us once. Lots of angry people in the place. All saying the only person they could get on the phone was an AI robot. We went back home and later saw that the order was in the oven. We drove back over there to see one man who wasn’t in there previously. Idk who he was but he was the only one able to get a grip on the place. The place was cleared out and we finally got our food. Let’s just say it was not the white man with the black man bun who when asked about orders, all he would respond was call center call center call center 80x. He lacks customer service etiquette.

Said it would be delivered in 22-44 minutes, waited 2 hours before being left on hold when we called them to ask where our pizza was. Ended up having to just drive and get it ourselves. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

If I could give negative stars I would give negative 10. I ordered my pizza and it took two hours to even leave the store and then they said it was delivered but we never received it and I called the store 10 times and couldn't get a real person on the phone and was on hold for over 10 minutes every time.

Ordered two pizzas for my siblings and I, a medium stuffed crust pizza and a large thin crust.
We got a medium pizza with no stuffed crust, just a normal handtossed. And the large thin crust was supposed to have double pepperoni, but really looked like light/normal pep.
Needless to say, we were disappointed, especially about the stuffed crust my sisters wanted to badly.
I tried calling the store to request a refund for just the medium pizza since it was the completely wrong crust. But when I call, the automated voice message said they were closed?!?!
How did y’all receive my order and get a delivery driver out if yall are closed?
The only positive thing about ordering was that our driver, Benjamin, was fast and friendly.
I’m a manager at a pizza chain back home in Georgia, so I have a lot of patience and sympathy for my fellow food service workers… but this was just ridiculous.
