You will be in for a long wait. I ordered 5 sandwiches online. Showed up 20 minutes later and they hadn't started my order. The store was not busy. They knew I was waiting for the order and it too them another 20 minutes to make the order. This should not be called fast food.

I ordered via Door dash, I'm currently in my first trimester, this was literally the best thing I've eaten in weeks ? this made my day so much better

Sunday lunch rush, store only had one employee working. I count this as a failure in management and ownership. However lucky for them the employee who was there was amazing! Dee did everything efficiently and professionally. He stayed organized, calm, and friendly in a stressful situation. He gave each customer the best service possible under the circumstances. Dee deserves a raise or his own franchise

We came to this location on a Saturday evening which was check in day for our vacation here at Orange Beach, so every place was poppin and Jersey Mikes was no exception.
With only 3 staff that I ever saw, that crew was turning out sandwiches as fast as they could.
As always, our sandwiches were delicious and the bread was super soft and perfect.

Went there during the Holiday and they were awesome. We had a last minute catering order and they were able to put the tray together same day so we were able to have lunch. Not dramatic to say that we likely wouldve starved without them. The only reason I'm not giving them 6 stars is because our Google overlords wont allow it

Waited one hour for a fast food sandwich, they messed my bread, they were out of every bread but one, employees didnt wanna work, they talked to eachother more than servicing the customers. I couldve made a salad with how much lettuce they gave me, more lettuce than meat, garbage place.

Great place to stop on our vacation. All the employees were courteous and though it was busy, every one was through the line quickly. Very clean too. 10/10 will eat here on our next trip for an easy meal.

Pretty funny how you know EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEES NAME! Sounds like a bogus review to try and come back from the terrible ones they always get....same with Foley store

It was the 4th. They were very busy and still did an amazing job-Devin, Desirae, Lachelle, Amber, Daniel, Tristan, Ashley,and Christian- thank you- I wish everywhere else was as productive and professional as you beautiful people were. Plus, those subs were delicious.
