This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every visit has been awful. Most of the employees are very rude and probably have no business working with the public. There's absolutely no customer service. They also always get the order wrong. It's generally not made right, that's if you even get it at all. It's also normally cold, burnt, or stale/old and tastes awful. You also have to be prepared for a long wait. Which could be upwards of an hour. This place is in desperate need of an over haul.

Worst McDonald’s off all time. 2 people there. Fries were old threw them out, the chicken sandwich was way overlooked threw it out too. 9 dollars I threw away for horrible food and bad attitude employees. Never again avoid at all costs. Oh of course the milk shake machine s broken probably because they don’t want to clean it.

Took like 5 minutes for them acknowledge i was there to order , then told me to order on the screener and my order didn’t even go through. workers had horrible attitudes and took forever to make my food after i ordered. horrible customer service etc don’t come

No staff at the register, no staff helping customers place orders at the order screens, staff outside talking and smoking by the enterance, napkins not full, dirty tables. This place use to be a model store 20 years ago. Mds redid the building and it looks great and well designed but the employees are not properly trained or don't care that the customers will go somewhere else to spend their money.
I have traveled all over the world and the McDonald's at 4511 Orange Beach Blvd,is the worst!! The service,the worst attitude, ect. Not one person working there displayed any form of southern hospitality. They were so rude I turned around and walked out the door B4 I became as rude as them. They r so slow that if u go in for breakfast, it will b lunch time B4 u get waited on. I recommend going to Florida
