This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and 6-7 years ago it was one of the best. This morning I ordered on the app and when we pulled up they had the drive though blocked off and would not let anyone in the store. The employees were rude and unprofessional
So I lost $10 on an online order that I paid for but couldn’t get. Corporate should do something about this one

I went to 4511 Orange Beach Blvd Orange Beach AL tonight at 8:30PM a lady with long hair and eyelashes took my order. When the order was given it was not what I told her. I handed the bag back and explained what the order was. The lady yelled at me and said you did not say that. I asked for a refund and she said we do not give refunds. Never have I ever been yelled at by a fast food person. I am hoping that the store owner sees this and pulls the footage of the drive through window. Poor service and staff.

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes with 6 other cars- only the drive thru was open- so okay whatever. No one answered the drive thru window speaker so pulled up to window to order. As I drove up, saw people standing around the grill on their phones and talking in a group. Finally got someone to answer the drive thru window only to be told they closed two hours earlier; they were cleaning; not able to turn off outside light; and then they had no food

This place is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes!!! The woman taking our order was SO rude and then “lost” our order when we got to the window. She was cussing left and right. This is the most unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever been. Someone needs to fire every single one of them. Absolutely unacceptable. Will NEVER be back.
It really is too bad how horrible the food has become. Every Crapdonalds I pass by is always empty. It's nice to see others have woken up to how much this corporation hates us. McDonald's has become the butthole of fast food.

Great customer service. Breakfast was fresh and hot! The best hash brown I’ve ever had.
Was a decent place but now it seems like the B team is full time. Havent gotten a correct order in almost a year customer service is better at the dmv.
4 year update. Decided to go again seeing there is new employees and I was highly surprised this place could get worse. Orders still wrong and I had drill sergeants that were better at making you feel welcome. Just level this dumpster fire please

Outside of the McDonald's in Gulf Shores, this has to be the worst McDonalds in Alabama. When I have begrudgingly gone to this location out of need for something fast, 80% of the time it ends with disappointment. Obviously refried fries that are still somehow cold? Burgers stacked so poorly that an ENTIRE piece of cheese is stuck to the wrapper. Did the worker frisbee toss that cheese from across the room? The employees don't want it to be open either, they seem to leave the lights off at night to make it look closed. Save yourself and go to Bird Dogs, or Culvers if you're in a hurry. Heck I would even recommend Subway over this place!
