Cotton Bayou Condominiums

We enjoyed our stay at Cotton Bayou last month. The boat dock was very convenient for us, and Barry, the on-site manager, was nice and helpful. Our unit could use a few touch ups, but for the price, location, and amenities, we were pleased.

Great place!! Rooms are huge ! Pool is nice. Condo manager is excellent. Right in the middle of everything in orange beach. Walk right across to public cotton bayou beach.

Loved this place! Beautiful, huge kitchen, huge living room, balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and pool nearby. We are definitely coming back again!

Outstanding accommodation in a great location with abundant amenities. Very clean, airy and comfortable. Will definitely come for another stay.

Nice condos, but a bit confusing when you are first looking for where your condo is located. Not handicap accessible at all.

Cosy. Nice spacious balcony.
Cons: only one hanger in the closet.
And there are cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets.
The pool has cold water (October).
There is a washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is well equipped.

BYOBoat ! This little gem backs up on the backwaters of Orange Beach. It's only 150 yards to the public beach across the street or the hiking and biking path. Whether you bring your boat, SUP or kayak OR rent one right down the way, you will have much more than an average beach experience. A launch, kayak beach and about 20 brand new boat docks make it easy.

Was a great family stay this past August. We had 7 people in our condo and we had plenty of space to move around without being piled on top of each other. Lots of construction happening around the pool the last half of the week while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor grills much, but condo kitchen was okay. Housekeeping was called the 1st day to report issues before we accepted the unit and management was quick to respond and fix. Unit def needs some minor upgrades but we had a blast despite the minor things and would gladly rent here again. My kids and their friends loved how close it was to the beach and also having the pool option too. Neighboring units were so much fun to meet and hang with too.

Great location with access to Cotton Bayou and Gulf. The pool area is awesome! It has a tiki bar, TVs, grills, and tennis court. The docks have power and water included with the $105 weekly dockage fee. Nice and quiet location that’s perfect for a family vacation.

Good place to stay

It's decent for what it is, but it's a lawsuit waiting to happen when all you do is paint over the rotting wood that makes up the balcony...
