We enjoyed our stay at Cotton Bayou last month. The boat dock was very convenient for us, and Barry, the on-site manager, was nice and helpful. Our unit could use a few touch ups, but for the price, location, and amenities, we were pleased.
Cosy. Nice spacious balcony.
Cons: only one hanger in the closet.
And there are cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets.
The pool has cold water (October).

BYOBoat ! This little gem backs up on the backwaters of Orange Beach. It's only 150 yards to the public beach across the street or the hiking and biking path. Whether you bring your boat, SUP or kayak OR rent one right down the way, you will have much more than an average beach experience. A launch, kayak beach and about 20 brand new boat docks make it easy.
