This was the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had. And the delivery time was about 45 minutes past when expected.If you’re in the OBA area there are so many local pizza places that are much better. Don’t go here.

The person who took our order was very rude. It was 11:43pm and we ordered a large pizza and my fiancé stated that he used to work at Pizza Hut just making conversation and the person ordering replied “well if you used to work here you know we close at 12” . I felt that it was very uncalled for being that we were simply just making conversation and it made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was some older blonde lady that seemed like she was tweaking. Did not have her act together. Will let everyone visiting here know not to come here.

Ordered some pizza from Pizza Hut, I would highly recommend you stay away from them if you plan on delivery. Not sure about going in, but do not use for delivery! Even tipped the driver before I looked at the pizza. I am not sure how they have all those 5 star reviews, probably the employees lol, but do NOT use them and if you try to call they will just hang up on you.

Ordered 2 melt combos one was correct but cold the other one was missing the chicken and bacon it was also cold the wings was left off
Called in a carry out order. Was told 15 minutes. I waited over an hour after I got to the store

I ordered delivery on the website, when I received my order it was missing items and the delivery driver said she would be back, that was 2 hours ago. I have tried contacting the store, but no one answers the telephone only the call center that can't even help me get refunded for the items I paid for yet never received.

Your sign for Doordash is completely unexcetable. That owner needs to be fired on the spot. If you don't like the way doordash does it, GET YOUR OWN DRIVERS!!!!!
