Placed my order online for delivery. Food was prepared and arrived quickly, part of my order was left off. I called in to let them know that everything I ordered and paid for did not get delivered. They told me someone would call me back to issue my refund. No one called. I called back got the same response. Needless to say my refund was never issued. I suggest if you order from here do carryout but I will not ever be using this location again.

Usually don't review chains, but this pizza reminded me of Pizza Hut from the old times. Really good. Fast and friendly delivery. Friendly is uncommon in Orange Beach, so it was a welcomed surprise.

We ordered through Uber. Uber got food delivered quickly after it left the store, but when it arrived, we were missing items and food was cold. Attempted to call the store, it rang over to another store that couldn’t help us. Tried customer service through the website and 24 hours later, still no response. I am sad that Pizza Hut is no longer the store I grew up with. I’ll sadly never eat here again.

First off, I came to Orange Beach for a family vacation. We decided to order pizza. We waited 2 hours for food due to staff shortage (which is understandable). When we finally got the pizza, they didn’t put my ranch in the bag (which I paid $1.50 for each). The cinnamon bread was undercooked. The boneless wings were cold. The food overall was horrible and we were so hungry after a long day at the beach. We have always had great food and service from Pizza Hut but not this location. Wished I could have gave a better review due to the love we have for Pizza Hut, unfortunately this location was really disappointing! I still gave a 3 star rating for effort (I guess).

Ordered carry out and when I arrived to pick up several door dash type order drivers waiting for long time and no one at the front counter working what’s been made and ready. Well i personally waited 5-10 min, I checked my pizza large cheese only it was so burnt I could smell It when he sat it down. They knew that isn’t acceptable and it’s literally only cheese pizza. Highly disappointed with quality of pizza

So first off the staff is very very rude. I received a DoorDash delivery for here. Might I add it was about to pay me $48 guaranteed plus an additional afterwards and I get to the location waiting in line everybody’s getting their pizzas I get to the counter tell them the name. I have to pick up for Tori D and I’m told that they are out of ingredients to make this order Which I find this comical because they’re a pizza shack. I explained to the customer that they don’t have the ingredients to make the order and I was going to have to cancel the order. It was a couple cheese, pizzas and some breadsticks and one pepperoni so about five minutes later I get another DoorDash notification for a delivery and I go there. I walk inside this time. There’s a different lady upfront. Tell her who I’m here to pick up for and i get the order. (It’s the exact order minus a cheese pizza i was told they didn’t have ingredients to make

She told me this tonight so i called up and placed a similar order and guess what???? They made the order!! Not sure why this lady does this to me every time. But i sent in my gf and they told her the order was ready and able to pick up!!!!!!!!!! Just like her store manager told me the next day they was not out of food
