Just went there today 10/31 at 12:15, and whoever yall have working there is not pleasant one bit.. never said ONE word. Not a “hi, welcome in, what can I get started for you, have yall been here before (we never stepped foot in this place before), never spoke to give what we owe as she stood there with her hand holding her head up, looking bored as can be, she made our smoothie bowls, never said they were ready when she sat them there or said have a good day or anything a worker should do to make customers feel welcomed whatsoever… if she would have even smiled, I would give her a little credit… but she did nothing! If someone is that miserable working, I don’t get why she has a job there. Not a good first experience whatsoever. There’s better workers down the road to get a better experience. We are even locals so this is not a place to be excited about returning to getting same experience.

Planet Smoothie is absolutely fabulous! Their bowls and smoothies are always so fresh and delicious, packed with great flavors. The staff make you feel right at home every time you walk in, and you can really tell they care about what they do. Everything tastes so fresh and high quality—it’s my go-to spot when I want something both tasty and wholesome!

September 15th @ 08:45Am the girl working the counter was very grumpy we had questions about the smoothies and she was short and made my husband feel dumb. Our smoothie was good tho just unfriendly service.

Came in on a Tuesday & the workers attitude was ridiculous. The shake was poorly made.

Came here Friday and Saturday during our vacation and Aubrey was amazing! Saturday was especially busy and she was holding the place down by herself and was very kind and made delicious smoothies! We’d come back tomorrow if we weren’t heading home.

I was looking for a good place to get açaí in Gulf Shores, and this was just what I was looking for! It tasted great, and the service was quick.

I got some smoothies from there which the family loved them

Smoothies are great and made fresh. Taste better than smoothie king, better options too.
