The waitress sat us down and after waiting 45 minutes she still didn't come and ask what we wanted to drink there were only 3 other people in the place they were all behind the counter on there phones when we walked out.

We just went to eat there and when we got done eating for some reason I saw black spots on the Parmesan cheese on the table and when I opened the bottle it had MOLD! It was so disgusting!! My daughters and I had ate so much of it, it is completely unacceptable, I asked the server just to make sure it was mold and she took forever to come back, and when she came back she didn’t mentioned a word about it so my husband asked her if it was mold and she said I think so, do you want the manager? She never once said sorry! When the manager came he said it was a mistake, that they had probably left it out last night but mold doesn’t grow on cheese overnight? They probably never change it, it was probably super old, he seemed like he didn’t even cared if we get sick because he said all you’re probably going to get is some vomiting and diarrhea as if it was nothing! He then proceeded to take the kids meals off only! We are literally on vacation and it’s messed up if we get sick for their lack of neglect! Very unprofessional!! Disgusting!!!!

Pizza was really great! A step above most. This restaurant over sells their kitchen capability so plan to wait an additional 30 minutes at pickup. Unfortunately they can't just let you know when it's ready. Pizza is worth the wait, just be prepared.
This was our 3rd visit here, and the food has always been delicious! Our favorite dish is the ricotta dip by far! I gave a four star review overall due to the kitchen staff messing up our order twice. Thankfully, our waitress Gabby was fantastic and took great care of us! Despite the mistakes, I would still recommend this place because the food is great amd the staff is always friendly.

This was our first stop when we got into Orange Beach. We were all starving. We dined in around 8:00 and it was a little bit of a wait, but not bad. The garlic knots were balls of their pizza crust dough, which is delicious, rolled in garlic butter and a little shaved Parm. They were okay. Definitely not super garlicky or knotty. I got the jalapeno popper personal size pizza. It was good. The crust is crispy and flavorful. My husband got the Detroit pepperoni. The toppings and cheese "crust" around the edge were phenomenal. The dough itself was bland and boring. One of our son's got a personal pepperoni and it was fine. Our other son got the bacon Mac and cheese. It was good, but super greasy! You could see the pools of grease, which was kind of unappealing. Our server was super nice. Kind of a surfer dude personality and attentive. Overall, it was fine. We definitely won't go back. There are probably other great options here.

Terrible experience for us! Waitress was not helpful or available! After 1HR of waiting for our small pizza… I had to track her down! S she said the kitchen is really behind, and our order would be cooked next. We thought that was ridiculous after waiting an hour that our food still had not been prepared. We watched other families come in, order , & get their food ! no apology or nothing I told her that was ridiculous and she had nothing to say. We finally had to get up and leave. So so disappointing. Arrived in town for spring break. We knew it would be busy. We ordered over the phone at 6:00 p.m. and were told it would be 1 hour. At no time did they indicate it would take longer or discourage us from ordering and paying before picking up. Arrived around 7:00 p.m.. Order was not ready. Was told several times they were boxing it up. Nope... nothing. Finally got pizza at 8:10 p.m.. Pizza was good. Thanks for the free beer but it's didn't make up for the being told several time our order was ready when it was not.
