I order the same drink at Starbucks around the USA and this particular location suffers with consistency compared to the rest. The drink is the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso. The reason I ditched Dunkin for Starbucks was because of the lack of consistency they provide from store to store. This particular location made a drink that was quite literally 85-90% ice. I asked the second time through (on a different day, same week) if they could do something different, explaining that it was all ice last time. They said sure no problem. I was stoked! I got to pay my drink bill and she explained that in order to reduce the ice, they have to fill it with oat milk. I’m not understanding the logic but now I literally got milk with a bit of ice and next to no flavor. I’m not entirely sure what’s not happening at this location but I hope something changes for the better. I’ll probably just stick with black coffee at this location moving ahead. Hoping and dreaming for future success at this location!

I stopped here while on a short trip in the area. I am not a Starbucks regular, but I needed to work on a laptop for a couple of hours and this was the perfect place for that! I ordered lunch and couple drinks that I thought sounded tasty. The staff were all great! The food was fresh and delicious, as were the drinks. Everyone's orders seemed to be completed impressively quick! While I was there, I heard them greet every customer with a warm welcome and even addressed several customers by name. So they have their regulars that frequent here often and it is not hard to see why! I would definitely recommend this location.

Overpriced, terrible, quality, waited 30 minutes for terrible drinks. A true Starbucks experience. I’d rather drive the extra 37 minutes to Dunkin.

Worst location I have been to in my life. None of them seem to have idk a brain? 45 minutes to make our coffee... employee and manager are not on the same page what so ever. Being told two different things. Honestly wow lol. Do not go here. And if you do, just be patient with them, they are literally slow in the head.

Do NOT recommend unless you love waiting 30 minutes for a small coffee. Honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been at. Never in my life did I have to wait 30 minutes inside, while drive through had over 10 cars come through order and leave I’m stuck inside waiting when I ordered first. This is ridiculous. Never will return.

Absolutely awful and waited absolutely too long- Took forever to get our drinks and never even got one that was ordered. The workers were cutting up when there were multiple cars in the drive through and inside.

I travel often and have been to maybe 30 different Starbucks at this point. This one by far is the WORST in the USA, you cannot convince me otherwise. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait, okay, annoying but whatever. I waited for 48 minutes for 2 iced coffees-not even food, before I gave up and left. They were still not ready at minute 48 and I saw 3 people who were here before me still waiting. As I was leaving they were telling people an HOUR wait for COFFEE!!!!!! It’s not even that busy in here. Maybe 12 people waiting. Do better!

If you come here, USE THE DRIVE THRU. If you walk in or make a mobile order, you are waiting 30+ minutes. I made a mobile order for my husband and didn’t realize until after I placed it that the app said the wait was 55-58 minutes. He said there were several baristas inside gossiping instead of making drinks, despite there being a long line inside and in the drive thru. Needless to say, he did not wait around for his drink. I later went through the drive thru and it only took about 10 minutes even though it was backed up.

I ordered a grande iced coffee, and the entire cup was filled with ice. It probably only had 3 mouthfuls of coffee in the cup. It also took 20-30 minutes to get my coffee, even though there were only a few other people inside waiting for their orders. I went back the next day, and there was a bunch of people inside and outside in the drive thru. Mobile orders had an estimated wait time of 1 hour, and there were people waiting inside for about the same amount of time. Keep in mind, they had several baristas working—most of them were just off to the side gossiping. I decided to go through the drive thru, and it took no time to get my order. If you are going to go there at all, go through the drive thru—it’s the only way to get your order quickly.

Don't bother with going there if you're hoping to get out in under 30-45 minutes. It also doesn't help too much when everyone is gossiping instead of making orders.
