Decided to download the app and get the buy one Get one free foot long. Placed the order on the app and put all the notes necessary in the area so you could get what you want.Obviously the person who made our sandwiches did not bother reading the app notes. Not only were the wrong ingredients put on our sandwiches, but red onions were put on both of them and one of us is allergic to them We could not eat our sandwiches.We will not go there again Jersey Mike's for the win! L o l

I ordered DoorDash and when it was delivered it was wrong. I order a 6" Teriyaki Blitz with NO cheese, received a footlong with cheese. Noone answers the store phone. The receipt is correct but it was still made wrong. I don't understand how difficult it is to read what is clearly printed on the receipt. It is literally right in front of you. I understand mistakes happen, however this has happened multiple times. Guess I finally learned my lesson to just go elsewhere to get my sandwiches and salads. Oh, but they did send the correct chips.Dietary restrictions: If it says no cheese, don't put cheese on a lactose intolerant person's sandwich. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON ORDER RECEIPT.

Extremely slow. Ordered online and there were no drinks or sides with the kids meals. Third sandwich was the wrong thing and wrong size. I had someone pick it up so they didn’t realize that it was incorrect. Super disappointing because it was a very simple order!

3 stars overall.The good first:* clean store.* friendly employees* across from the oceanNow, the bad:* Food is never ready when i arrive.* I order on the Subway app. This store ALWAYS waits till i arrive to begin making my food .* What is the point i using the Subway app? The app says order is ready but then i still have to wait in line because my order is not even been started!!!Every time I place an online order at this location, the Subway app shows the order is ready. When I arrive, I still have to wait. Even when there is no one there.This most recent visit, the app said that my food was ready but when I arrive, there were three customers in front of me, one employee was serving all three customers, and the other server was baking bread. But the app showed that my food was already prepared and ready to pick up. This is the one part of the store that I dislike.

Felt the service was slow. Granted, you're in a tourist area, but there was only one other customer in the store when I went in. It took almost 15 mins to get a single 6 inch sub.

If I could give -0 stars, I definitely would!! This was high on my list of worst sandwich ever! Stale bread, 3 pieces of spinach and a ton of banana peppers.

We stopped one evening as we were running late. I got a chicken bacon ranch and my husband a cold cut combo. Both sandwiches were great. The server was ver nice and completed out sandwiches in a timely manner.

3 or so time getting food here to go. Each time always mess up order , forgetting cheese etc.this last time and will be the last time i go here. I went in early to get my food and it was still being made. The lady making it kept grabbing her long hair and tossing it back with her gloved hands, like grabbing full hand fulls of hair and tossing it being her back just to have it fall forward again.and then continued adding toppings with same gloved hands.Again and again and again grabbing her hair and tossing it back. Eww

THE DISRESPECT IS UNREAL! 6:05pm 1/18/2023. Short African American girl with two long braids was literally throwing my food into the bowl. She said they were out of all the vegetables.. lie, she didn't want to have to open bags and put the food up. I guess an hour before close is too late? LAZY. We were treated like an inconvenience as soon as we walked in. Being short staffed with pleasant people is better than losing customers and getting a bad rep

Went in there today for our free 6 inch Subway on July 12 and they said no, They had not heard about it. Sent us away.

14 bucks for a sandwich, chips and a drink. The staff was friendly but wow, I can go to just about any restaurant in the area and eat for that price.
