I ordered from website and chose the tuna wrap combo. Subway turned my order over to DoorDash (which I didn’t want to use, hence why ordered from subway online. So I was charged an extra 10.00 because of DoorDash. Then I only got my sandwich, not my combo that I ordered. When I went to the store to get this problem resolved. They only gave my drink and chips. They didn’t seem to want to make things at all. They blamed DoorDash for me not getting my combo. Made me very mad. Also my tuna wrap was not a wrap. On their online ordering, it says tuna wrap, So I selected tuna wrap. I got tuna on flatbread because they no longer carry a wrap, but yet I can still pick it online on their website. Also not happy about that. Wasn’t what I wanted.

So online there is a deal section, $7 footlong subs after 5pm. After selecting that option the subs are still $9 and some change. So why have a coupon false advertising $7 footlong subs when your store lies and charges $10 ? Another lie coupon your store offers is %20 off your order. I put my order in for $46 and after the %20 off coupon it only deducts $2.75. Obviously Subway only caters to stupid people not capable of having basic math skills to check the price.

Ordered for delivery, I got a Steak and cheese and the whole thing was ice cold. Cheese was not melted. It literally says toasted in the instructions on the receipt. Maybe they were in a rush, I don’t know.

I placed a pick up order so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. I showed up late to pick up and saw my sandwich was not on the pick up station. There was a long line so I figured they were super backed up. As I waited for 30 mins in line I didn’t see them make my sandwich. When it’s finally my turn I ask about my pick up order and they tell me it’s been ready just sitting behind the counter where I can’t get it. My sandwich sat there for an hour. It was cold and soggy and there was no reason for me to wait in line other than the fact they forgot to put it out on the pick up station. Very annoyed. They definitely wasted my time. 6/22
