First impression, if Shannon is there you'll have a great time with a great Bartender.

How do you rate a place you sat down and left within 8 minutes. Disgusting place that smells bad. Bartender waa so trashed she broke a glass and fell over. Stood by bar to only be ignored for food order. Perhaps the worst place in orange beach.

If you can’t stand smoke, then this is not the place for you. I’m mildly bothered by it but was willing to give this place a shot. The much bigger issue was the lack of any sort of customer service upon walking in. The only two employees that I saw were a bartender (who was busy) and a dj who was doing his thing. I stood waiting not knowing if I was suppose to seat myself or what. Admittedly, I wasn’t there for the drinks, but I was tempted by the AYCE shrimp.
After a few awkward minutes, I sat down at an empty table and waited. And waited. If I saw anyone to ask what to do, I probably would have, but I just waited and my bewilderment continued. Finally, after what felt like several minutes, I just got up and left.
I immediately called the establishment, and, to the female’s credit, she apologized. Apparently, I was suppose to go up to the bar and order? If there were any signs, I sure didn’t see them. She said that they’d make it right if I came back, but I was already back to Gulf Shores by then.
I can’t comment on the food. Maybe it was great? But the customer service, other than the nice female on the phone, was extremely lacking.

The under tow is a cool dive bar . Minus good service. The woman is busy And I understand. But when she drinks shots and gets nasty is not fun. I have been there many times. Shannon the bar maid now leads a lot to be desired. Unless you are one of her locals forget it! She brought herself over the bar tonite and complained about her tip. She created a mess is the bar plus an argument with my husband. She is ourt of control and drinks in the job. I will never go back there. And tell everyone I know how I was treated

Went for the all you can eat royal red shrimp and sausage, new potatoes and corn. They were constantly filling the items so they were hot, will definitely be going back it's on Saturday and Sunday.

they seriously need some kind of ventilation in there of some sort. I don't care if you smoke but I dont. But I do like to breathe. People are friendly and staff was fine.

my wife was at the bar I called them after she called me drunk and told them to stop serving her drink while I was on the phone with my wife they served her another drink. they should be able to tell when to cut someone off
