Went to Orange Beach one and used to be good. Waitress was not attentive, coffee was not hot, bacon looked horrible when we asked for another she just brought a plate and plopped it down. It wasn’t any better. Table was not clean. Eggs were runny and had asked for over medium.

Waffle House is always a good time and this one was no exception. The service was great and I love that you can watch your food while it’s cooked. This location is also one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. I got grilled chicken, sausage and a waffle and my man got the all star breakfast special and a waffle. It’s hard to beat the deliciousness of the customized hash browns, and even harder to beat the Waffle House prices! If you’re in Orange Beach, this location is worth checking out.

We almost left, but decided to stick it out because we were hungry. It was freezing so bring a jacket with you, there was trash all over the floor, and even the coffee wasn’t hot. Food was fine. Have been to much nicer ones before.

Went in to place a to-go order. Sat for 45 minutes when they finally brought the food, it was wrong. I told someone it was incorrect , she said let me get your waitress. It took 10 mins for the waitress to come and speak. So they finally started to fix the incorrect portion of the order. I recommend to not visit this store. They do not have the capacity to handle a busy house and field to-go orders.

Local to orange beach and whent to MY LOCAL Waffle House took a hour to order and by the time they came we were done we asked the “manager “ ( the guy cooking tall/ Caucasian. Glasses hat 9 pm shift ) told us that our server is busy and that he is just a cook but in a very very aggressive tone it was total disrespect and I will never show or recommend ANYBODY to go here unless the staff is corrected or that guy is gone because that is absolutely insane
