Everything was very good. But I was a fan of the old Wolf Bay Lodge which burned. The new places have an atmosphere more like fast food places. Do something to recapture the old charm.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and was asked how I would like it. I said medium and it was far from that. The bottom was burnt. Salad bar was good. I would not recommend this place.

Wolf Bay is officially our new favorite spot! We had the cheese sticks and conecuh crawfish tater cakes for appetizers (awesome!), the red snapper with sweet potato (amazing), and the Mahi Mahi sandwich (yummy). Our server was Sparkman and he was busy with full tables, but he was a pro and the service was excellent. I don't know who the entertainment was, but he needs to be hired every night! Thank you for an awesome time and experience!

Some great live music in different bars throughout the place. It's changed a lot since the early years. A good time can be had by anyone!

We ordered Calamari as an appetizer. Presentation was nice but the calamari was the worst I've ever eaten and I have eaten seafood many years. It was fried but the calamari had a gritty texture. The seafood pasta was flavorful, slightly spicy, and a plentiful amount. The seafood itself was tiny and mostly made up in the thick sauce. Our server was awesome but I won't return.

The waiter and all the restaurant staff were excellent! I had oyster rockefellers and they were some of the best I've ever eaten! The lobster chowder was also good, and nice and hot! The music was great. Not too loud, very relaxing. I would recommend Wolf Bay in Orange Beach when you're in the area.

Experience made best by our server Sparkman. It was nice to go into a place that has music so loud one can not carry on a conversation. Salad bar could have been expanded for the amount charged.

After reading the reviews and searching for a nice restaurant to take my daughter out for her birthday dinner we came across this place and everyone agreed it looked great! My daughter and her friend both picked out what they wanted to eat beforehand and eagerly watched the clock until dinner time.We were a party of 7 with a highchair. They seated us as a table for 9 with no highchair. This should’ve been red flag number one. I shrugged it off and asked for a highchair. Our waiter then stood with his arms folded and watched me struggle to swap out the chair for the highchair. Again, I shrugged it off.We were barely seated before he began asking us for drinks and appetizers and appeared to have a very nonchalant /slightly annoyed demeanor.Once the drinks came he placed them all on the edge of the table and didn’t even hand them to each one of our guests. It seemed odd but I figured it might’ve been a tight squeeze given the chair that I removed remained in the middle of the walkway. We ordered 2 appetizers. While the appetizers were flavorful, they were ice cold. I couldn’t even enjoy it but forced myself to finish because I hate wasting food. Our entrees arrived shortly after and not one of our guests enjoyed any of the meals. My daughter is a pasta lover and she barely tasted it. Her friend’s pasta was 80% grease. My son had a kids Mac and Cheese. We couldn’t even identify it when it came to the table. It looked like a bowl of Alfredo sauce. My mother ordered a salad and asked several times for blue cheese on the side. I even reiterated what she said to be sure he heard and he nodded. Well wouldn’t you know it…a salad full of blue cheese arrived.Having worked in the food industry I tend to give waitstaff plenty of grace. I get it! I typically overtip, eat my overcooked steak, shake it off if something is forgotten. However, I couldn’t bring myself to sit silent on this experience. The combination of ‘just ok’ food and the waiter’s poor attitude really put a damper on what was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner. To add: The table next to us had a birthday. We planned on getting a dessert and singing Happy Birthday while there. We watched as he went through the motions of bringing out a cake to the other table, asked if they wanted to sing, and was barely audible or have a hint of enthusiasm while singing for them.It was so bad, my daughter begged us to just grab ice cream and for us not to tell him to sing to her.We asked for takeout containers but didn’t even bring home the food.I normally would’ve spoken to a manager but we are not locals and leave early in the morning.

We're Florida natives & seafood lovers. We purposefully went to Wolf Bay between lunch and dinner to avoid the typical Sunday afternoon crowd. The service at the bar wasn't great. As a bartender myself, I can't see a reason why we went so long without acknowledgment, however, the food was fantastic! We'll definitely be back to try more. This visit, we enjoyed the salad bar, crab stuffed mushrooms, and a dozen oysters on a half shell. The salad bar had plenty to choose from, was fresh and clean. The stuffed mushrooms were the best we've had in forever, so so good. And the oysters on a half shell were fresh, filling, and delicious!!!

Alice our waitress was outstanding. The food was great. The hostess acted like she was passed because we came in. Seat us where we could see her. Same response when anyone came in.
