We had Myles as our waiter and he was fantastic!! Big family group went and we couldn’t have had a better experience. He gave great recommendations, was very comedic, and knew so much about the menu, so helpful! I think his skills would be put of better use in fine dining, but if you find yourself at Yo Ho’s, request Myles!

Stopped in here after a concert recently and it was a huge mistake. I had previously stopped here after big shows and they had a terrific set up. Limited menu, good prices and quick service because of the limited menu. Most recent visit showed prices increase by double, portion sizes cut in half and we constantly had to remind our server what we had ordered. We won't be back.

Cute little spot on the water for tacos and margaritas with big booths inside.

I can't say enough good things about the steak flavor like in the steak tacos. Really good and the shrimp taco is good also. I did manage to come up with a slight complaint the other night before the tyler childers concert. Apparently they have an abriviated menu when there is a concert so everything that we wanted to order wasn't on it. Maybe the picture will help others

The food was not great but the service and their managers are horrible the server never checked on us to see if there was anything else we needed or no refills spoke with a manager he said he would see who my server was and would be right out never saw him again called a lady I spoke with said she was a manager save your money food was not great service was horrible to sun it up! I also give compliments and raves not just a Debbie downer !

Drinks at the outside bar an absolute ripoff for tourists. Only a trace of alcohol in all three of our drinks. We don't mind high price if the product is good.

Sorry; not so good food! Burger meat not so good, fries; not crisp. Taco salad would be better with better cheese, and with beans and guacamole included. Room for improvement.

We had a large group, 6 kids & 4 adults. Everyone really liked the food including me! HUGE shoutout to our waiter, Dylan!!!! I have oral cancer & can’t eat much except soft/liquid diet, let alone Mexican. I told him that & he bent over backwards to make me a soup which was wonderful!!! Got my Mexican fix!! Thanks again Dylan! (Hope I spelled it correctly). Will def go back!!!

Recently visited this restaurant for the first time and our party of 6 had a wonderful 10/10 experience. The portions were generous, atmosphere inviting, food delicious, and our server Dillan was amazing. We will definitely be back soon!

The atmosphere of this restaurant was great- by the water and had live music.

First, Salsa was disappointing and tasted as if it was from the jar.

For the main dish, I ordered the honey lime chicken burrito with no pinto beans.
When I received the food, it was made with beans and had some mystery topping on it. The waitress stated that the food is pre-prepared so they cannot make changes to the burrito- had I known or was told after ordering, I would’ve ordered something else.

The server nor the manager could tell me what the topping was since it did not look like salsa verde, queso and cilantro. The server guessed and said it might be some kind of chipotle sauce. In the end, the only answer I got from the manager was “yeah it doesn’t look right.”
The manager apologized, asked if we were locals, stated she “didn’t want to leave a bad taste in our mouth,” and gave us a coupon for free cheese dip with a purchase.
Honestly, if the queso dip looks like what was on the burrito, we will pass on the cheese dip too.
The manager mentioned they own several other restaurants, needless to say after our experience, we aren’t interested in trying any of them.

Service was slow and lackluster- if you are looking for even somewhat quicker service, this is not the place. Our server brought us a sweet tea we initially ordered only when it was time for the check and we were waiting to leave.

Overall, disappointed is an understatement.
This will be the first and the last time we visit.

Drinks were good and the food was subpar. Boneless wings were the best option, but the taco came out cold, not even warm. Would probably not come again.

Great tacos! I've been going to GUlf Shores for many years and bypassed going here several times. Went to lunch and dinner here and enjoyed the food and the outdoors by the awesome boats! Go at happy hour and get the classic tacos for half off the regular price. Enjoy!!!

Fun place to hang out and great food and drinks. While my companions went for the cheaper "happy hour" drinks, I had the Pain Eraser. It was so delicious I decided to have two. Might have even went for three but they're pretty pricey. No I'm not a drinker but they were just that good! Word of advice. If you're feeling very hungry, don't order the Mexican pizza (regular size) for just you. It will serve several people. If it's happy hour, ordered a smaller one unless you're sharing it. The brisket queso was okay but I was expecting shredded brisket instead of large chunks of brisket which would have made it better. I was the only one who had a complaint about that, everybody else at the table thought it was amazing. The Firecracker shrimp taco was heavenly. I wish I had ordered 3 of them. I had the peanut ginger tacos which were great but no comparison to the Firecracker shrimp tacos. My friend had the tuna poke bowl and said it was delish! I would definitely eat here again if I'm ever in the area.
