Love this chilfila but they have NO play place for older kids. Its 4 and under which is really sad bc my kid is 9 and loves chick fila. The little kids can sit with parents... big kids are the ones who need the play
The drive-through was a little bit longer in wait time than usual. All of the food was fresh as always, so it was worth the wait. I asked for extra sauces while ordering and only got the regular, which is fine. Other than that, everything was great as always.

Please get it together, no other chick Fila has the problems you do. They are a fine tuned machine with the drive through..not this one. 45 mins is not worth it. And once you are in the line you are literally stuck.Work it out Hampton cove Chick Fila. be better.
Ordered online to try to avoid the long lines just to get stuck in the long lines. No one would answer the phone to answer my question as to where to park to receive the order as directed by the mobile app. 3 calls later, they answer to say you have to come in now that I'm stuck in line in this weird parking lot setup. Finally got my food, and it's cold, salty, no sauce, and no straws for my drinks. The milkshake w/o a straw held up better than anything. My 3 yr old being the positive person she is states, I like salty stuff mom it's ok. Not for the price it's not, baby. Where I'm from every restaurant but Chick-fil-A is known for this poor service. It's very disappointing, and I can't promise I'll return not worth it.

I have used the mobile app twice and both times my order was incorrect. I used the app because I was in a hurry. I didn't check my order before leaving the store. I hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard than other fast food restaurants so my disappointment was much greater.
This is the worst chick fil a in Huntsville easily. They are always so slow. They run out of things. This morning I got in line at 10:20 to get breakfast and didn’t make it to the order window until 10:35 and of course they magically couldn’t make breakfast anymore. You are also forced to stay in the drive thru line. I hate this chick fil a.

Extremely slow in the mornings. They need more than 1 register/person and 1 front line worker/manager working. With all of the pickup orders and eat in customers, they can't get it done in a timely manner. It results in waiting times far too long. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to be able to order. Management/operator needs to do better.
