My and my wife first time to a Dutch Brothers Coffee Shop. We really enjoyed our experience here!!!! The staff was excellent and very Friendly. Very helpful and made our Drinks excellent!!!! We live in Jacksonville, Alabama and We wish you had one of your shops here in our town. But we will definitely be Back!!!!!!

Our first time to try Dutch Bros and safe to say it won’t be replacing our usual coffee place anytime soon. As others have mentioned, lots of sugar in drink, even when ordered 1/2 sweet. I did like the taste of the drink and there are a lot of options for flavors which is nice but they don’t seem to be focused on actual coffee/espresso. The drive through person taking orders was friendly but so slow and not going in any order… we downloaded the app and ordered there while we waited. Spoiler alert, it did not make the experience any faster. The one food item they have (I guess this should have been our clue) was handed to us pretty much frozen. I actually politely asked if it was supposed to be cold because we had no idea that’s now they would serve a muffin top. The icing on this >40 min Saturday afternoon (so definitely not peak time) coffee break was one of the rudest employees I have encountered. First she over zealously asked if I was “Joanna” (I’m not…my name is Kelli so I can see how she would confuse those) multiple times, made it clear she wasn’t listening or interested, and proceeded to passive aggressively berate me from the window as she made my drink. She continued as the other poor employee stood there stunned. “Shy-rah” was how she pronounced her name and I literally drove away as she continued to loudly exclaim “ma’am” whilst trying to let me know her feelings about me (which I could not be less interested in). It’s a no for me bro.

Place is a strange setup drive thru and parking. The staff was nice. I ordered the golden eagle cold brew. Didn't even taste coffee nothing but sugar, so major thumbs down. When I tried to leave the person in the drive thru wouldn't move up to let me out so I was stuck there trying to leave for 6 minutes. Just a bad experience all around, probably won't go back.

I was a walk up and immediately this was the most welcoming and kind group of individuals I’ve ever had the experience of meeting, somehow the customer service made my drink ten times better. I didn’t catch the names of the staff working but I came in around 5:00 pm today. Again thank you so much for making my day, drink was delicious also.

Great drinks, FANTASTIC workers. I’m from Michigan and made a point to stop here since we don’t have it, and all three of our drinks were so good. Even better was the young man that helped us order, we had a lot of questions and he answered them with ease and kindness. If I’m back in this area again, I’ll definitely come back to this same location!

First timer and if you are looking for something overly sweet to satisfy that craving, I will say that this place should work but if coffee is what you are after stick to your normal go to, I’m sure this is more of a California thing that a southern thing.

It took me a while to finally try DB, but now that I’ve tried it there’s no going back to that other coffee place. They offer so many different milk substitutions, endless flavor combinations, and I never thought I’d find staff friendlier than the chicken place next door. Even with so many food-service establishments struggling to find people who care about their jobs, this place has somehow managed to come out on top. Don’t let a long line from time to time deter you: they get the lines down quick!
