I love a good cappuccino however you wonât find that here. If you like bitter, no creamy cappuccinos, this is your spot. I ended up pouring it out. I wonât be back.

I hate to say this but whoever is creating the employee schedule may need to bit more training. This isnât the first time this has happened, but my first time leaving a review. The employees are excellent and my drinks are always the same as the very first time I ordered! The only issue with this location is the number of employees on dutyâŚHaving 2 people making drinks and 1 person taking drive thru orders during lunch time is a terrible idea. I pre ordered through the app at 12:00. Joined the line of about 9-12 cars at 12:03. I just left the line at 12:30⌠when I got to the window, one of two of my drinks werenât even finish. Donât do this to your customers especially when most of us are on a lunch break and most importantly, donât burn out your employees. Stop being cheap (if this is the reason why only 3 people are working) and hire more people to work during your busiest hours please.

Dutch Bros Coffee is known for its quality coffee and service. My wife and I got the Carmel Pumpkin Spice Freeze, and it was awesome, but overpriced that cost My wife and I $16.00 for two medium drinks. But Good Stuff.
It was good but very hard to see the menu in the drive thru if you go GET THE COOKIE

My and my wife first time to a Dutch Brothers Coffee Shop. We really enjoyed our experience here!!!! The staff was excellent and very Friendly. Very helpful and made our Drinks excellent!!!! We live in Jacksonville, Alabama and We wish you had one of your shops here in our town. But we will definitely be Back!!!!!!

Our first time to try Dutch Bros and safe to say it wonât be replacing our usual coffee place anytime soon. As others have mentioned, lots of sugar in drink, even when ordered 1/2 sweet. I did like the taste of the drink and there are a lot of options for flavors which is nice but they donât seem to be focused on actual coffee/espresso. The drive through person taking orders was friendly but so slow and not going in any order⌠we downloaded the app and ordered there while we waited. Spoiler alert, it did not make the experience any faster. The one food item they have (I guess this should have been our clue) was handed to us pretty much frozen. I actually politely asked if it was supposed to be cold because we had no idea thatâs now they would serve a muffin top. The icing on this >40 min Saturday afternoon (so definitely not peak time) coffee break was one of the rudest employees I have encountered. First she over zealously asked if I was âJoannaâ (Iâm notâŚmy name is Kelli so I can see how she would confuse those) multiple times, made it clear she wasnât listening or interested, and proceeded to passive aggressively berate me from the window as she made my drink. She continued as the other poor employee stood there stunned. âShy-rahâ was how she pronounced her name and I literally drove away as she continued to loudly exclaim âmaâamâ whilst trying to let me know her feelings about me (which I could not be less interested in). Itâs a no for me bro.
