My husband ordered DoorDash tonight. Our meal was picked up by someone who was not our dasher. Instead of making a replacement and sending our food on its way they wanted our dasher/doordash to pay for the food, again. DoorDash was refusing to pay for a replacement because our food was not picked up by the correct person. When i was on the phone with the manager she kept repeating to me “we have to get paid”. Our server was super attentive and very polite even though the resturant was busy. The boneless wings were delicious! (I tried Sweet 'n' Sassy sauce & Hickory BBQ) I can't wait to try more sauce flavors. Fried pickles were plentiful and perfectly fried. I can't rave enough about the value! I spent less here than I would've at chain restaurant of the same caliber. Portion size was a plus, too! We both had to get to-go boxes.
