The thin crust is extra-crispy-nice! That would be enough to keep us coming back for more. However, the customer service at this particular location is likely the main reason we’ll be ordering from here again soon. I hesitate to say what they did for us recently; I’d hate to set an unreasonable precedent. Just now that, apparently, they care about keeping their customers!

Pizza is over all pretty okay, the delivery is rather fast, we live in Owens Cross Roads area. From order to food being delivered is about 23 minutes on average. We order from here maybe once a month and haven’t really been disappointed yet.

I have always ordered from this Pizza Hut,but after last night I will not. The man in front of me waited over eight minutes to pickup and pay. The woman trying to help him called trying to have someone ring him up numerous times. Then when the young man finally made an appearance he was rude to both the fellow worker and the customer.He basically got in her face about placing the food on the counter, stating the customer could walk off without paying. If he was planning to do that he would not wait eight minutes for you young man to come do your job. It makes me question customer service today and what businesses think is acceptable . I think I will visit a different pizza franchise from now on.

I ordered online and went to pick up the pizza. There was a huge line. I asked what was going on and someone said they were down one oven and orders were about an hour behind. I called the store to cancel my order and the lady asked me why. I said I didn't have an hour to wait. She said your pizza is ready now. OK, went back in, asked for my order and the employee said they were running behind and my order was about 40 minutes out. The lady on the phone lied. I canceled with the desk clerk and never got any food.

I live 8 minutes from here and they refuse to deliver here saying it’s too far. It’s 8 minutes away. It’s an area with a lot of houses so they are losing money as I’m going with papa John’s who not only delivers but they are actually further away from my house.
Very nice young men and women ,very courteous and time was quick.food great.Order from there a lotDietary restrictions: One of my family cannot have any diary and they showed a menu they could order from just for them
