Yoshi is one of our two favorite sushi spots in the Huntsville area. We try something new each time we go but we ALWAYS get the Smoked Truffle Hama, Paradise Roll, and Brussels sprouts.

Best yellowtail Makimono roll I’ve had in years.
Lunch special is a deal. Two basic rolls with soup and salad.

Best gyoza and tried holiday recipes with pumpkin that were good (pumpkin tuna sushi) Also had vegan options for my family.

Vegetarian options: Some family members are vegan, and they were happy with options.

Kid-friendliness: Grandson loves the gyoza, too. He had chicken nuggets as well

The food isn't that great. I also got sick after eating here.

Great sushi, great drinks! Bees Knees is a favorite. Omg / Hot Summer / Naruto pictured. Kendall was an awesome server at least twice on our visits. Have eaten here many times over the handful of years they've been open. Remaining/only negative: horrible water. Must bring your own. Very metallic tap water taste. This is very common in lower US states in general.

Kid-friendliness: We've come as a couple and then later as parents. Kid-friendly but is muted dining experience, there's no place for kids to run/rough-it if they're not ok chilling for a meal. We've been lucky with bebé. She's awesome.

Excellent take on traditional sushi.. Owners and staff are very nice and helpful with explaining the menu Black Angel roll is the best. Chicken Hibachi is also very good.

Modern establishment with a nice bar, has a happy hour. Fantastic service; friendly and anticipated my needs well.
You order nigiri by the piece and sashimi by threes. The ungagi was tender with a slight surface crisp, the flavor was spot on. I would definitely get that again. The yellow roll was decent and had a delicate flavor offset by the fresh jalapeno. Getting the ponzu sauce on the side (server recommendation) was a good call. Was it worth the $16? I don't think so.
The curry ramen, where do I start? The broth had great flavor, but that's about where the good ended. It came in a wide but shallow bowl; it looked like you were getting more than you got. The noodles were clumpy and bland, like they had cooked it in plain water and set it aside to pour broth over later for quick service. The pork belly was under-seasoned and overly chewy. I will Not be ordering that again.

So happy someone recommended this on Facebook. My boyfriend and I moved from Florida and were so disappointed with the sushi in Huntsville and surrounding areas. We knew we shouldn’t expect much in terms of freshness and quality so inland but Yoshisushifusion was definitely a surprise to us.

When we walked in our waiter took our orders right away. We ordered our Florida usuals- filet hibachi and a spicy tuna roll, and were surprised by the quality. Not only did this experience provide us a little taste of home, but we felt it is very well priced for the food we tired. It was the best $100 I’ve spent on food here. We liked the food so much that we just kept ordering more rolls, appetizers, and soups ?
