Visited the apple bees after having not been in a long time with family but the experience was not good. We were served raw chicken for the Buffalo wings, steak was chewy, onion rings were overcooked, and soup was cold. I don’t recommend wasting money here

Too go orders at this location is the equivalent to dumpster food - cold / frozen, no flavor, dry, and nasty compared to dine in - basic, sent my plate back last time I dined in. Matthew and Savanah were polite, professional and was able to provide a satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, I will not be eating at this location again.

Went very late tonight for a takeout order, just a burger nothing fancy. My app wasnt working so I called. A lovely young man named Matthew answered in the most polite voice asking what Id like. Even at midnight this crew was cleaning and smiling and laughing with a few customers and I was asked not once or twice, but 3 times if I needed anything or would like something while waiting.As unimpressed as I am with much pricier restaurants that dont have half the personality and very happy professional attitudes toward each customer and each other. Or me at least ! Loved Matthew and the whole staff I saw! He made certain everything was perfect !

Today was Veterans Day and Applebee's went out of their way. Not only for me but all the Veteran's around us for lunch. The meals were great and the service was nothing less than perfect. It's folks like yall that make us Veterans feel proud. Josh was our server and he really made our visit great. Thanks again 🤘🇺🇸

The bourbon chicken is horrible and the waitress we had , said she would be back to see how we like the food. Well she never came back until we were paying for the bill and that is when she poured the water , we told her no more . She just ignored us !
Ordered take out food was hot and fresh and everything was as ordered thank you!!

While the customer service was pretty good , the roaches started twerking up the wall as soon as we got our food . The food was a good 4.3 and I only got chicken tenders and fries . The water tasted like dawn dish soap , and the wait was ridiculous .
