The bourbon chicken is horrible and the waitress we had , said she would be back to see how we like the food. Well she never came back until we were paying for the bill and that is when she poured the water , we told her no more . She just ignored us !

While the customer service was pretty good , the roaches started twerking up the wall as soon as we got our food . The food was a good 4.3 and I only got chicken tenders and fries . The water tasted like dawn dish soap , and the wait was ridiculous .

Service was reasonably quick, and my server was friendly and attentive. My meal was delivered in a decent time frame. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was overcooked and difficult to eat. The fries weren’t hot, and there weren’t many of them. (I ordered their waffle fries, other meals with regular fries seemingly got more for less.) I didn’t have great expectations, but still was a bit disappointed. This location seems to fall in line somewhere a bit below the norm for the brand.

Our party was not greeted for 3 minutes after entry. After we were seated, no server came to the table for over 8 minutes to take drink orders. For a Saturday afternoon around 4PM, the restaurant was not busy, however, the service was below 0. Our party of 4 left the restaurant after 8 minutes with no intention to ever return. I would not recommend this restaurant to a dog.
