After 20 minutes of sitting inside for our food, I went to the counter. .no one at counter. ..finally yelled back to get someone's attention and they said oh, we were wondering whose sandwiches those were. They still had to make our fries...five more minutes. My husband was ready to get our money back. Good luck! My order was wrong as well

Nice, clean facility. Friendly front counter customer service. Good, fast food. I love their #10, chicken cordon bleu sandwich. Glad they added it back to the menu. Currently, May 2025, a 99 Alabama Department of Public Health rating.

No fast food would get five stars from me, but Arby's has good food for a reasonable price. So many of the other fast food chains have recently raised their prices beyond reasonable, certainly beyond the quality of their food. Arby's still has the best food for the best price.
