How can you say this is a loaded sandwich? The sandwich that I received doesn't look anything like the picture on the menu. Arby's definitely didn't have the meat on this one.

After 20 minutes of sitting inside for our food, I went to the counter. .no one at counter. ..finally yelled back to get someone's attention and they said oh, we were wondering whose sandwiches those were. They still had to make our fries...five more minutes. My husband was ready to get our money back. Good luck! My order was wrong as well
