Absolutely rude. My husband and I came from out of state to visit family. We came to BR for ice cream and was in the drive thru all of 5 seconds before the girl gave nothing but attitude. Never again.

Rude and unfriendly staff. Obvious, they do not appreciate their jobs. Never have any of the 31 flavors BR has. You don’t even carry the staple products BR is famous for. They do not even try to sell you on something else. Three times I have been and I will never go back. I would recommend driving to Columbus Georgia to have the best experience of a BR. Perhaps you close your doors because you are not serving the public. True miscarriage of justice.

Usually when I go here and get fresh packed ice cream they really pack it in there and you get your money worth. Today when I went in there I had to show the person what size was what, which lid went to it and tell them to pack it in. I got home and checked my ice cream and it wasn't packed in or up to the top or to the sides, I had to press it down myself. I really feel like I didn't get my moneys worth today and I was quite disappointed. I think anyone who works there needs to be trained on everything.

Every time I go to this location they are out of chocolate. I would understand if it was an off the wall flavor, but it's chocolate. One of the most popular flavors. Obviously one of the most popular flavors since they are always out. Order more on the next order. Do better BR.

I’ve continued to go to this location a handful of times hoping for a good experience, unfortunately the service is always bad. It seems like they always hire young immature teenagers. They’re usually out of chocolate. After my last experience, waiting 20 minutes for a small milkshake in the empty store while they served the people coming through the drive-through after me, I won’t be back.

This place has been disappointing 3 weeks out of 2. Went 2 weeks ago to get a milkshake, they only had SIX FLAVORS! And not the one I wanted, Mint Chocolate Chip. Tried again last night at the drive-thru, kid said "we can't make milkshakes at the moment". If a Baskin-Robbins can't make a milkshake, they need to close the doors and send the employees home!

I have been trying for almost a year now to get some pralines and cream ice cream from the Oxford, Al location. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go by there, they are always out. It’s hard to believe they never have one of their signature flavors. If that’s the truth and this location never does, someone needs to find a new job or start ordering more ice cream.

Good ice cream friendly staff, alas no waffle bowls!
First I had to wait while staff was playing around. Then Serenity made my Hot Fudge Sunday by placing two little ribbon of chocolate on top of the whip cream. When I complained she remade it with the chocolate over flowing on all sides of the cup. And laughed when I ask for manager. She was real smart wasting this owners money.

Every time I’ve gone, they are very limited to what they have. Every trip has been a waisted trip. Was excited about having a Baskin Robbins in our area again, but this location gives Baskin a bad name. Very disappointing.

Do not get a waffle cone! It was tough and not crunchy like it should’ve been. Went back and told them and he said that they were all like that it was the humidity. I know a place that have crunchy and fresh waffle cones. This is unacceptable, I will not be back.
