First let me say everyone that works there are super sweet and kind. I ordered a birthday cake for my 56th birthday shoot. I brought in a picture of what I wanted. And I asked for a red velvet cake. Well the cake was pretty, very close to the picture. However, the cake was not red velvet, I think it was just a regular cake colored red/pink. It didn't taste like a red velvet cake either. But overall I was pleased with the esthetic of my cake for my pictures.

I have ordered 2 cakes and both far exceeded my expectations!! We tried red velvet and a chocolate cake and both tasted so good and fresh!! The cakes were beautiful and the details on each cake were perfect! Everyone there is so kind and easy to work with!! 10/10 recommend and already planning another cake!

They fixed me a birthday surprise for a 90 year old in the nursing home... they iced some fresh cupcakes for her and made up an assortment box. Thank you ladies, they were definitely great!

I called and texted pictures of what I wanted for my son's 10th birthday party having never ordered with Bonnie Rays before. They exceeded my expectations! The cupcakes looked almost exactly like the picture and my son was so excited when he saw them. I even got a "You're the best mom ever!" Thank you Bonnie Rays we will be repeat customers!

The pastries and cookies I purchased were stale. When I brought it to their attention they became very defensive ( told me they were not stale) and rude. The owner was extremely unprofessional and used offensive and obscene language directed toward me. I could not be more shocked or disappointed in how the business handled the situation and then spoke to me.

I was shocked and disappointed with how I was talked to and treated. The owner used profanity and very vulgar language toward me. They were so unprofessional over the fact I had a complaint about the purchase.
