I've been there a few times. Once when I got home I realized I was missing a burger,I called them and they had no problem letting me come in when I could to get it and made it fresh for me.

I’m so happy I decided to come inside and order my food! The same gloves the girl was using to wipe the Steele with she was about to prepare my food with before I asked her manager if she was going to change her gloves.
The manager tells me that she will tell her but it’s just sanitizer on the rag she was using to clean the kitchen area! Oh well I do not want my food to be prepared with the same gloves you are cleaning with. I didn’t get the manager name but I visit on 12/11/25 9:23 p.m.

From the start we came in 2/14/25 by 7:40 p.m. and when we were ordering our food the woman kept not making any sense at the register saying we could only get one thing in $5 duo or we could get a drink with it. Had me confused we ordered not thinking about it. It was $11.45 for three people my husband bought it we went to sit down and waited and thought for three people that doesn't sound enough. So three $5 duo came up to us and we had 2 small drinks with one fries and three burgers that isn't even ours. We seen people coming in and saying they are missing this and that. People going back and forth irritated that they didn't get what they wanted. We ate the food and started to feel sick. My husband brought me there for our valentines day dinner and it wasn't the best and it ruined my day. I'm having to use the bathroom over and over and right now I'm not feeling well. I had to go to a different restaurant and the lady never gave us a reciept.

The cashier in drive thru, Deja, was incredibly bouncy, full of life, and accurate with our entire order. She is always in good spirits no matter the chaos that may be going on around her.
The employees are always very friendly in the drive thru and I never have to wait or pull around to get my order.

Burger King in Oxford has really upped their game! The fries are the freshest and hottest and much better than “you know who’s! The $5. have it you way meal going on can’t be beat!!!! They are so friendly and really care about you even if you got a $5. meal!!! We have gone about once a week since they started this and they are not skimping on the quality of the burgers or fries !!!! The chicken nuggets are great too!!! Try them if you haven’t in a while. Very courteous!
