We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop by here as we don't have any Captain D's in our area. I had their Lobster Bites and their Supreme Sampler. I really liked the flavor of the Spicy Batter Dipped Fish, but the bottom of the batter was a bit soggy, so that part didn't taste that great. But I liked the flavor of the spice. It gave it a nice kick! The rest of the meal was great, but what really made our visit here was the service. The manager took our order and she was great. We talked for a bit, talked about hockey, and she mentioned that she has always wanted to see a hockey game. I hope she does. I wish I could remember her name, but she is a PERFECT example of customer service! She should be used by corporate as an example of how to so customer service!

My fiance and I ordered on the app and went to go pick the order up in the drive through. We waited at least 5-10 mins just for someone to be ready for us to tell them we had a mobile order. There was ONE other car in the drive through and they were getting ready to leave as we pulled in. When someone finally came to the speaker, we told them we had a mobile order and were told we had to come inside. I had ordered a 20 pc shrimp meal (20 pc shrimp, two hush puppies, and two sides) and my fiance ordered the Supreme Sampler Meal (two pc fish, two pc chicken, two hush puppies, two sides, and 6 shrimp). When we got home and got ready to eat, we noticed that they gave me a 15 pc shrimp and gave my fiance one less in his order than he was supposed to have. Normally I wouldn’t be upset about any particular one of those things, mistakes happen, but the fact that it was all three of those things at once, and the fact that there was only one employee is ridiculous. No one should have to perform all that work by themselves for what I assume isn’t really great pay given that it’s a fast food restaurant. I also tried to call the number listed on Google but it said that “the called party is temporarily unavailable”. Despite all of that, the food was, surprisingly, decent. The one employee working there, bless her heart, was very sweet. It’s down right atrocious to only have one person run the drive through, register, cooking, and closing. I feel so so so bad for that poor girl. Either this establishment needs WAAAYY more employees, or something is deeply wrong with management.

Placed a delivery today and the entire order was wrong and the tea was sour and not even a full gallon almost half very upset and disappointed would add pics of the food but threw it out and only had a pic of the tea
Horrible service. Like laughably bad. Dude at the front register clearly didn't care and is actively driving people away. I watched a family walk in, get ignored for 6-8 minutes while trying to order, and eventually just leave. And no, they were not busy. I could clearly see the guy just standing off to the side talking.
