I would like to say the area manager Mrs. Sandra Hayes and her staff were outstanding very friendly and helpful, the system was down to where it wouldn't let me pay for my food but she told me to hang on and she came back with my order with biggest smile on her face thank you for your kindness and professionalism

Fish was rotten and tried to talk to management quietly. Poor little girl barely 19 obviously shouldn't have been put in that position tried her best. The general manager, however, refused to listen that the fish was rotten. I wasn't gonna keep running around the store asking the gm every question I did. So I dumped the nasty fish in the trash and have sworn to warn everyone of this establishment until it's properly righted. I'm sorry to any of the mothers who eat here today and get sick!

I am a regular customer at Captain Ds in Oxford Al. I love Captain Ds. I visited this location on May 3,2025 Saturday afternoon. I’m not familiar with the new manager that was running the shift, she was a short woman with dreadlocks…. First and foremost she was very damn rude. Me and my husband were treated terribly by that woman . She put us out of the store while we were trying to order our food. She told us we would not be able to be served on the inside and locked the doors behind us . I have never been treated like this at Captain Ds EVER!! The regular employees that I am familiar with were being treated TERRIBLY. It was just a terrible,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. That woman does not belong And I would like for someone to please get back in touch with me. I am not able to type my entire experience here . That woman is not an asset to your company
