Placed online order and arrived for pickup at 9:50 PM—Upon arrival I was informed they were out of chicken for the Supreme Sampler Meal and were out of gumbo because it was so close to closing. (They close at 11:00 PM—more than an hour from arrival time!)They asked to substitute fish for the two pieces of chicken, which I reluctantly agreed to. For the gumbo ($3.99), I just told them to cancel it. The manager then came to the window to tell me he couldn’t cancel because it was ordered online. ??? He said he could cancel the entire order. I asked him to just substitute a piece of cheesecake, which he said he couldn’t do because there was a $.60 cost difference—I asked if they had funnel cake ($4.19), and he substituted with that.I then double-checked with them that their closing time was 11:00 PM (not 10), and the girl at the window told me it was 11:00 PM, but they start cleaning early—over an hour early, evidently. I was advised to order earlier next time. Are you kidding me?!?!?!? —After a long, aggravating wait at the window, we finally received our food—minus fork, napkin, etc.Not a good Captain D’s experience!!

Been there 3 times this week, every thing was fine one 1 ocassion, on the other 2 the door was locked and they was not taking orders at the drive thru. It seems to me that they should close at 6 pm cause I have been there on 2 ocassion this week and can’t get any fish.

I had DoorDash bring me this food. The batter is thick and taste awful. This fish isn’t cooked or is old. Somethings wrong with it. I did a review and asked for a refund, but they said they don’t do refunds. I had a problem once before. I had to drive to the store after paying DoorDash.

Last 4 times I’ve been there whether it be for lunch or dinner the dining room is closed so I’ve went elsewhere and won’t waste time going back . They say it’s because they only have 1 person working , how is it they are the only restaurant in Oxford that continuously has a closed dining room because they can’t get workers . Captain ds needs to look into whatever Chick-fil-A does, because they will have about 15 working ona shift

came to the window she wouldn't take my order tried to come inside the lady at the window was escorting her friends about and threw her hand up and me and waved me away and said your ganna have to go through the drive through lady I just tried that you won't take my order so I go back to the window same spot I was in five minutes ago no one has moved I pull up to the window she tells me to hold . if they don't want to be at work don't be I'll come in and work the shift if they would give there employees clean hats it's just food take the order and give it to the people damn
