I have given ample opportunity for this location to do better- the past FOUR orders that I have ordered have been messed up in one way or another. I never got the refund as promised and the manager has not been helpful at all. I believe this is the worst location between here and Pell City.

Love this place! The food is great, and the inovative ideas, through the years, to get people through the drive-thru at top notch speed; have been spectacular! My daughter and I hit Chick-fil-A each week after her music lessons, and watch a Trivia show together on YouTube on our way home (Detormentis, you should check his channel out btw) ... That may sound like a Grade-A cheesy time, lol, but I wouldn't trade a million dollars for that time together and that awesome food ?

I noticed that the prices keep increasing. I miss the carrot salad and original chicken salad sandwich with toasted bread.
The fries was great, My husband and ate there last night i was so nauseous after we left. Woke up to my husband vomiting all night! Plus diarrhea. Im pretty sure he has food poisning. Anyone else get sick from there???

I don't know what they did on December the 26 about 1pm but I have been throwing up and had very bad diarrhea all night.
