Super accommodating and so sweet. There was a mixup with a catering order for my job and the whole team worked together to accommodate us. From Morgan, Judi and Abby. Top report service and definitely recommend. I honor great service as someone who is rated as well, and I love to give credit when credit is due.

They're always nice here and always seem to triple check if their orders. I would love to specifically point out the man that was working up front yesterday around noon because he was so kind and kept checking up on me and even brought my food out when it was ready. I know chicken salad chick has always had the nicest employees but it's so wonderful when it becomes so memorable.

I wish I could give a ZERO star review. If the management does not MANAGE this irresponsible crew, the HR should STRONGLY step in to do something about the LACK thereof.
I went through the drive thru today, and I witnessed the guy on the speaker of the drive-thru say a very racial and discriminatory slur. This is NOT my first time witnessing this occur at this Oxford, AL location.
I have went inside on multiple occasions, and I have heard a loud presence of derogatory words being LOUDLY presented in the back, I’m guessing where the kitchen and staff stay. The MANAGEMENT has got to hold these employees accountable for their lack of professionalism in the building. I like the food, but I’m tired of the service that is provided. It seems like, the management has drastically plummeted over the last few months. The district and the HR management should really be stepping in to fix these issues!!!!!!

First visit and was a great experience. Food was delicious. Was not expecting the level of hospitality that we received, which was excellent. Shout-out to Amanda. Y'all should be proud to have her as an employee.

Dysfunctional as all get out on a slow Tuesday night. Waited for an order for 15 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. You had 5 people standing in the back just talking and one at the register. My beau Door Dashes and this was his experience. There is NO consideration for their time and the cost of delays. Believe me it financially hurts when you have to unassigned an order because the employees clearly don’t care to do the order. Then, he runs into another driver who was given the wrong order. Need we say more MANAGEMENT!

Stopped by on my way back home from the World's longest Yardsale. Picked up a couple of Quick Chiks. They put them in a bag of ice for since I had another 94 mile drive to get home. My wife was so happy that I brought some Chicken Salad Chik home. I will stop by this location next time I pass through.

This was my first time eating here and the food was great, the girl taking my order made sure I got something that definitely made me want to come back. My only suggestion would be a little less jalapeño on the luau sandwich, but very tasty. And the grape salad made me miss my late wife even more, so delicious.

I did an order online. When I got there, the girl said it would be a few mins.And about 4 groups of people came in afterward, and they got their food before me. I asked why ? Cause she did turn my order in, she hung it up on board behind register & didn't turn into the kitchen. She didn't have a name tag on. Playing with her hair while waiting on customers & did wash her hands before getting their food. This was my first time eating at this location & my last.
The one in Etowah County is better!

Didn't care about my mental health

Very rude employee was sweeping by the register as I walked up. She never looked up and said “i will be with you in a minute” as she swept right next to the counter then proceeded to walk over to the soda station to sweep. I found this to be quite odd behavior. My carryout order was on the rear counter. My name on the receipt clearly visible. When I spoke up about wanting my order she reluctantly stopped sweeping and handed me my bag but pulled it away and asked to see my phone to confirm it was my order. This has never happened before and I felt as if she was being obstinate for no good reason.
