Waiting forever in the drive through just to find out they don’t take big bills when you get up to the window is pretty frustrating. No signs anywhere.

I’ve been to chicken salad chick about three or four times. they always have someone up at the counter that appears to be a put upon having to work behind the counter. It’s usually a moody teenager or someone that literally lifts their hands up when you ask them “do they have this”. They seem very ill equipped for the job. Also I’ve never been anywhere when you order the chicken salad and the salad comes separate. I’m sorry, that’s ridiculous. Do better. Please.

The food was very good as usual. The cleanliness of the store needs attention. The table cloths on top were clean, but the part that hangs down was dirty on just about every table. Even around the register it was in need of attention.

Chicken Salad Chick is a total lifesaver for a busy realtor like me! I can go through the drive-thru for family meals, or my favorite, dine in for a lunch date with my husband. Their chicken salad is insane. So many flavors to choose from, it's like a dream come true. Perfect for a quick lunch when I'm on the go. Plus, the staff is always super friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

We’ve had catered mini croissants a couple times from here. They are terrific, especially the Buffalo ones, just enough heat.

Work at the exchange so convenient for lunch. However, just about every time I eat at this location there are pieces of gristle (today several) in my chic salad. Unable to finish lunch today. Will not waste $$$ anymore. Too bad. Flavor is so good. Quality not so much.

Fancy Nancy or Fruity Fran scoop, croissant, or wheat bread with a bowl of Loaded Potato Soup can't be beat..

What a wonderful experience we had at this chicken salad chick!One of the workers graciously held the door open for us and we walked right in, no line.Everything was fresh and the portions were nice sizes. It was clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly.Highly recommend the grape salad!Great place for lunch.
